Today my husband and I were helped by Oscar in the cell phone department. He was so wonderful to work with. He was polite, knowledgeable and so patient with us. Purchasing a new phone for me is often times traumatic. He made me feel so at ease and I am very happy with my purchase! Thank you Oscar!!!

Place is run down, not happy. Tried to do a simple return, and they wouldn't honor it. I had bought the thing three weeks ago, but I guess they're weird now and only have a two week return policy. Who even does that? The selection is limited, you can probably get better deals and a selection online

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! It won't surprise me one bit when Best Buy goes out of business! It won't be surprising when they go bankrupt! All the good electronics stores are gone unfortunately! I will definitely be buying my electronics elsewhere next time!

I picked up my order of camera, YATSARI was the customer service person who helped me , she was nice in the beginning but when I asked her to PLEASE check the box if all the items were there , she gave me an attitude , still I opened the box and asked her again to check if all the things were there, she told me I can do that myself! And she started giving me the mean face. . She started taking out each item from the box n with smirks start telling me what it is . I finally had to call the manager and told her my experience with this customer service person named YATSARI. Jackie the manager listened to me . I told her pls don't put people up there who's rude to customers. Jackie apologized for it.

Very minimal staff. The store of retailers now days trying to save money on staffing. Then wonder why we buy online when no one was there to give us service when we neededThat said they were friendly once you found someone and waited for them to be free.

Never trust what they say!! I purchased a camera and ask him about return policy, he said one month, but after 3 weeks I went back there to return, they didn't accept and said the policy is only 2 weeks!!!!!

I usually like Best Buy but this time I wasn't too thrilled. Probably a one-off. The checkout line only had two people ahead of me...but they were the same two people when I came in 15 minutes earlier. After another 10 minutes, I finally had my tech fix. Like I said, I usually like Best Buy ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Went to get my screen protector changed. Oscar helped us and went above and beyond. Cleaned our phones and perfectly installed the screen protector whilst being very friendly and helpful. Great experience with him. Oscar deserves a raise.

My husband had a problem with his computer so we went to the geeks. They found the problem and fixed it. Micro center took his money before that and found nothing. Good job geeks!

Went in to buy my son a gaming computer. I was lucky enough to have Tim as my pc tech advisor. He was great! Really knowledgeable, empathetic and an overall cool guy to work with. He made the buying experience stress free and very pleasant!

Went to buy a GoPro. The greeter at the door asked if I needed help, so I asked where the GoPros were. He pointed and halfheartedly gave vague directions. Found it myself, then had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come open the locked case. A guy came roughly 5 minutes after we requested assistance. He seemed busy and rushed, and was unable to answer my questions or help me find the right accessories to go with the GoPro. It took entirely too long for what should have been a quick trip. Especially on a Wednesday evening. I ended up getting the wrong accessory because of the guy's incorrect advice, and now have to go back to return it.

I ordered a refrigerator on 11/9/2023. And the initial delivery was scheduled on 11/21. Then it was rescheduled to 11/25 due to the manufacturer's delay. Then again rescheduled to 12/14 for the same reason. Now I got a message about delay again to 3/5/2024. I called the BestBuy customer service for each delayed schedule and heard the same reason and confirmed the new delivery dates. Now on the occasion of the 4th delay, I have to criticize several points about my order experience at BestBuy: 1. I chose BestBuy to purchase this item among many other stores, including Home Depot, Costco, Lowe's, etc., when all of them offered same price at that time, because BestBuy's delivery date was the earliest, as I sold my current refrigerator and needed a new one ASAP. 2. I could understand there could be a manufacturer's delay, but it should be only very exceptional, and major electronic stores like BestBuy should schedule the delivery of the products as accurate as possible. However, my experience of this order just demonstrates how much BestBuy cares more about the manufacturer than customer. How could I understand when the delivery schedule changed right next day after confirmed the date, and it happened several times in a raw. How BestBuy's order system works to schedule the delivery without considering the product's availability. It's a big curiosity. 3. We can live without television, but hard to live without refrigerator. Where could we store our frozen food after sold old refrigerator based on the original delivery date of the new one, but when it's delivered 4 months later? It's not just as simple as "reschedule or cancel" when it's delayed. 4. The delivery schedule is a covenant with customer, who chose BestBuy among others, and sacrificed their chances to choose a different store who is more sincere to their promises to the customers. So BestBuy had to double confirm the product's availability before schedule the delivery to the customer. The early delivery date without any promise couldn't be a business strategy to attract customers. Otherwise it'll be a just scam.

This Best Buy has been remodeled and existed at the same location for as long as I can remember the Tustin Market Place. I generally refrain from browsing in the store as it is much easier to shop online and then do pick-up at the location. My experience with the pick-ups have been positive, as they offer in-store pick up or convenient pick ups from their self-help lockers. Recently, I visited the store in order to do an Apple watch trade-in. The associate helping me was nice but my Apple watch was low on battery and needed to be charged in order to unpair and complete the trade in. I ended up stopping by near the cellphones where another associate was kind enough to lend me an Apple watch charger to get some extra juice. Unfortunately, even with the charging, unpairing was taking way too long and I decided to go home without completing the trade-in. The next day, I decided to return and unpaired my watch beforehand in order to expedite the trade-in process. I was specifically helped by Briana, who was extremely helpful and courteous with the trade-in process as well as my follow up questions (such as if the Black Friday deals would be applicable to in-store items). Although the day before I felt it was a bit of a headache to attempt a trade-in, the efficient service from returning the following day made me appreciate returning into the store. Best Buy's trade in for the Apple watch was more than Apple's own trade in, which is the reason why I felt it would be more worthwhile to stop by the store. Glad that this location is still around and definitely worth a visit.
