2024 UPDATE: The store has been fully reorganized. I was there for about 15 mins, and 3 different salespeople asked if I needed help help. I thought that was great.
2021: The large appliance sales person was very helpful. Looking at double ovens, verses oven, and microwave. The salesperson gave his opinion on the ins and outs of each. We also price checked Costco prices, and Costco was about the same ACCEPT Costco price, including the installation and haul away and not to forget the annual rebate.

Worst customer service; paid $5000.00 for outdoor speakers; ended up with a broken speaker. They also installed it wrong. Came back to correct their installation after multiple calls. Been two weeks , didn’t replace the broken speaker. Almost want to reverse the charge on my Amex.

I was about to buy new galaxy S24 but due to the horrible attitude of customer service i changed my idea. He literally rolled his eyes on a single question kind of asked us out!!

Terrible customer service, I bought an expensive laptop from here and it was faulty and I had to turn it in to customer service multiple times (sometimes doubling the estimated time to get it back) with more issues coming up after the return or some issues still being there and they wouldn’t replace it because I’m not subscribed to some policy. Don’t recommend especially for laptops! Not spending another penny here again.
Edit: the social media support was even less useful than the in store one. Don’t fall for that.

We purchased a television online for local pickup. The employees were courteous and efficient and helped us load the item into our vehicle. Highly recommended.

Diego Garcia — Designer at the Tustin Best Buy store is a real asset to the company .
We are a couple in our 70’s and not privy to all the latest audio equipment to say the least !
We asked Diego to put together a home theater package .
He not only explained how the system will work with our new TV , but he chose products that would fit our budget and level of appreciation .
He did not try to upsell us on equipment that we do not need .
Diego designed the system quickly as he has much knowledge of the products offered at Best Buy
We appreciated his understanding , good communication skills and honesty .

Surprisingly low stock I varieties. Got a keyboard here and they were sold out of several of their display options. Had to have an employee help be find some headphone adapters as they were not with the headphones. Employees are nice, I was just reminding how much easier online shopping is though.

It's a good place to look for any electronic item that you need. They had phones, cameras, recorders, and what not!
