This is my go-to because it is close by my house. But every time I go, I end up having to file my nails. I would not even say that I want them perfect but you can tell when the tech is actually doing them with care or just being careless. The last time I went, the tech was filing very aggressively and left several of my nails with small cuts and acrylic stuck onto my skin. They sent me to another tech to fix them because I was just not happy with them at all. I didn't even get one single apology, as if it was just regulation to provide this kind of service and just cross their fingers that the customer won't complain. Then they charged me $92 after they messed up my nails. They should have at least offered a discount for such bad service. And yes, it is bad service to have me spend 2 hours to receive such bad quality work. It doesn't matter whether or not the other tech was able to fix them. I feel bad for others who get their nails done in the manner that I just received. My toes look okay but not worth $40! This salon has driven me to want to do my nails at home due to the massive amounts of money I have spent here just for subpar work. My fingertips still hurt from all of the trauma caused. I really, really wanted to like this place and have even gone at least a dozen times or more but I just won't be returning again. It wouldn't be smart.

Got a gel manicure. I had hard gel underneath and she didn't remove all of it. I told her I didn't like that it was bumpy and she tried to convince me that it was smooth. I dont know her name but I gave her chances to fix it. Didn't seem like there was a manager on site. Paid and left because it's not I could sit there and argue with her.

Im giving this place one star only , some of the staff are really rude and they knows nothing with nails , other than that when i call and take appointment i should get the priority to sit and start . Last week i came to do gel mani pedi with the normal days it takes me like one hour max but instead of that it took them to finish my nails 3 hours and not only one person they kept changing like four times and everyone was doing something other than the one before so it was really A big mess!! And the lady i guess she's the manager i told her many times I'm o a rush she wasn't nice and spoke in a rude way and at the end my nails weren't good at all!

I have found my nail place! Hanna did such a great job on my nails. She was also super sweet. Absolutely loved my nails so much. Very clean place too.

I would give a 0 star review if I could. My friend and I went in to get our manicures removed. I had acrylics and my friend had gel. They started with me and began normally with buffing my top layer. However, they switched workers in the middle of the removal. The second worker decides to pry my nails with another acrylic nail. IT WAS PAINFUL! I pulled my hand away and was clearly upset. The first worker tells her (in Vietnamese) that she's doing doing it wrong and hurting me. She suggests to do it correctly and soak it in acetone. The second worker proceeds to say in Vietnamese that it doesn't hurt and I was faking the pain. She complained that the acetone would take 40 minutes. I tell her in Vietnamese that I am not faking it and it does hurt. They were shocked that I was Vietnamese! THE SECOND WORKER CONTINUES TO PRY MY NAILS OFF AND SNARKILY SAYS IM FAKING IT. I SHOULD HAVE JUST WALKED OUT. If I wanted my nails poorly removed, I would have done it at home. I will never return to this establishment.

Nathan and Tommy are the best! I've been coming here regularly and they both do such a good job. You can even bring pictures of marble or gem looks and they will be able to recreate beautifully. I highly recommend them!
