I noticed multiple in-store customer interactions and they were exceptionally courteous and very professional. It is rare to see this in retail these days. I had a wonderful personal experience in getting a motorcycle battery serviced at this location. I also had a problem with a car battery not starting and the staff at the store came out to help me jump start my car! So blessed to have found this wonderful location and I pray that others are fortunate to discover the incredible service offered here.”

“Came here to get new wiper blades and went with my original RainX blades and the guys behind the counter were super helpful, even offered to install them for me. I politely declined and went on my way. Fast forward a few weeks and my wipers weren't holding up. They seemed to be just smearing the water on my windshield and it was getting a little annoying. I even cleaned my wipers, in case they were extra dirty and that was causing the smear. So, I called and Marc answered. I told him what was going on and he was able to pull up my receipt and told me to come right in to get it resolved. Ended up exchanging my tried and true RainX for a pair of Bosch blades. Marc made the whole process super easy. Installed them, and in the rain, on my drive home, I could tell these were 100% better - no smearing. Really appreciate the help I received and the ease of the entire process.”

“Great work, great pricing, and fast work. I had my car towed in and less than 24 hours later my car was ready to be picked up. They give you status updates as they are working on your car and also send pictures of them working on it as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a hybrid car.”

He also cleaned off my terminal and car battery. He went above and beyond. He was also extremely hospitable and kind. He made my experience extremely easy and awesome. “My bmw was due for oil change service but I was getting an alert that I needed to put in a quart of oil asap. It was Friday night and I was near o'reillys so decided to stop. Sergio was so helpful, he looked up the exact oil my car needed and he even put it in my car for me because I had no idea what to do. My car had smoke coming out of the hole you put oil in so I was very grateful I came in and that he helped me. I could have done some serious damage to my car. Needless to say I brought it in for the oil change a few days after. Thank you Sergio for your help!”

“My elderly mother's Club Car Precedent is her only mode of transportation in Laguna Woods. When the battery was nearing the end of its life, we contacted several golf cart repair companies in the area and Apex was the most responsive and gave us the best price. They picked up the golf cart in the morning and delivered it back to the house within a few hours with a new set of batteries. Narcis (I hope I spelled his name correctly) was friendly and kept me informed throughout the day on his arrival times and the progress of the repair work. In addition to the new batteries, Narcis informed us that a corroded battery cable also had to be replaced, and the cost was added to the bill. But then he discounted the bill because, he said, he was a few minutes late arriving to pick up the cart. We didn't even notice. Even with the added cost of the new cable, with the discount, the final bill was actually less than the estimate. When he delivered the cart back home, he gave me some helpful instructions on how to care for the batteries going forward. I highly recommend these guys!”

“I've been going to O'Reilly on Chapman and Prospect for all my auto parts for over 8 years because everyone there are so helpful. Today, I was taken cared of by Thomas and I was very happy with his service. He is very pleasant and very helpful. I purchased a battery about a yr ago and it ran out of juice because my car was sitting in the garage for almost a year. The battery was still under warranty so he swapped it out with no questions asked, unlike other places I've been to in the past. I don't know much about cars except driving it. He gave me some good tips to keep my battery in good condition if it gets parked for a long period time. There's a Pep Boys and Auto Zone near me in Yorba Linda that I've gone to in the past but I didn't get the welcoming feeling like I did at this particular O'Reilly's in Orange. Thomas made me feel like he really cares about his customers. I truly believe he treats all his customers the same way I was treated. Thank You So Much Thomas!!!”

“My car battery needed to be replaced. I drove to O'Reilley's . They said on the phone they'd install the new one unless a complicated installation. One of the cashiers promptly spoke to me when he got off the phone, and came outside to look at my battery. Unfortunately my battery clamp was bent way down and he didn't have the right tools. Advised I should take it to an auto shop. Of course when I tried to leave my battery died again. Went back in and asked the same cashier if he could jump my car. Oh... I felt like a pain in the butt! But he was happy to help. Quickly grabbed a jumper unit and got my car started. Told me how much I should expect to pay for a new battery at an auto shop. What a wonderful experience! I plan to go back there with some tools from home. Why give the business to anyone else!”
