“Warranty and Service. Very impressed by the promptness of their warehouse staff. Specifically, Eddy whom went out of his way to process a warranty exchange quickly. I was expecting to drop off the battery for testing and reasonable attempts to repair the battery. It was previously tested and still had sticker but nonetheless understand so many companies (and people) have lost trust due to the abuse of commonsense approaches to situations. Nonetheless, I was informed it would be a couple days. Additionally, I wasn't sure if I got it from AAA Premier Roadside or some other vendor. Luckily Eddy was able to verify purchase and handle the warranty in an extremely professional manner. I spoke with his lead and expressed the same level of thanks. Highly recommend the staff and processes that management has empowered their staff with procedures that are indeed geared towards resolutions and not excuses. Thank you.”

“Brought my car over because it was sputtering when I started it and the engine light came on. They performed an engine scan but could tell right away that a rodent chewed through several wires. Referred me to an electrician in Santa Ana (I’ll be leaving a positive review there as well!) and provided a copper wire & instructions on how to splice the missing wire. They also separated wires causing the sputtering so my car was drivable again - all free of charge.

“My bmw was due for oil change service but I was getting an alert that I needed to put in a quart of oil asap. It was Friday night and I was near o'reillys so decided to stop. Sergio was so helpful, he looked up the exact oil my car needed and he even put it in my car for me because I had no idea what to do. My car had smoke coming out of the hole you put oil in so I was very grateful I came in and that he helped me. I could have done some serious damage to my car. Needless to say I brought it in for the oil change a few days after. Thank you Sergio for your help!”
“My elderly mother's Club Car Precedent is her only mode of transportation in Laguna Woods. When the battery was nearing the end of its life, we contacted several golf cart repair companies in the area and Apex was the most responsive and gave us the best price. They picked up the golf cart in the morning and delivered it back to the house within a few hours with a new set of batteries. Narcis (I hope I spelled his name correctly) was friendly and kept me informed throughout the day on his arrival times and the progress of the repair work. In addition to the new batteries, Narcis informed us that a corroded battery cable also had to be replaced, and the cost was added to the bill. But then he discounted the bill because, he said, he was a few minutes late arriving to pick up the cart. We didn't even notice. Even with the added cost of the new cable, with the discount, the final bill was actually less than the estimate. When he delivered the cart back home, he gave me some helpful instructions on how to care for the batteries going forward. I highly recommend these guys!”
“Stopped by here on 8/24/2024. This place no longer exists, its empty and locked up. But they do have a sign that says you have to go a couple doors down to Watch Tech, located between Sports Clips barbershop and Baskin Robbins. They close at 6p during the week and 5p on Sat. Not open Sun. Had to rate it to put this info up, wish it was already updated, so I wouldn't have wasted my time ?”

“I moved to HB recently and needed to find a reputable place to take my watches for repairs and batteries. I had a very good experience at Time Center. It's a family business that's been in this location since it was built over 40 years. That's a good sign, especially in the ever changing business environment over the years. They were courteous and reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to refer them to a friend.”

The service that I get from the people by my house is like 2 stars, but Mr. Gasca was very attentive and with a very positive attitude something I don't get at the store by my house. From now on I will only come to this location although is 3 times farther from my house.”
