Been searching for a specific bat that's been sold out everywhere. These guys reached out to their suppliers and got the job done. Sure the resupply took time but that's expected when stock everywhere else has been zero.They've been in communication with me every step of the way, and the fact that they ship to Canada is a cherry on top.

Friendly team, clean storefront. Been here multiple times and get good advice, honest opinions, and fair prices. Good to have a small shop like this around. Fortunate for me they're local, but after seeing their operation I would order online with no concern as well.

Steve is always there to serve you. Many times answers after hour calls or on weekends.If you are on the West Coast or west this is the go to store to get your bat delivered to you quickly.Between myself, brother and 3 daughter's playing and having played softball, I figure we are in the 20 plus bat buying range.

I ordered from Canada and the bat received was exactly as ordered and the shipping took about a week. Beware though that the shipping charge of $50 doesn't include the brokerage fees and taxes, which ended up being an additional $125. However the bat I ordered is basically not available in Canada so even though it was very expensive I got what I wanted.

My husband and I always come here for our softball gear! We've been frequenting for over 10 years. They always have a great selection of bats and equipment. The service is wonderful. The owner is super knowledgeable and will help recommend new bats that fit each of our needs. We recommend this place to all our friends and now it's everyone's go to place ! STAY AWAY! This company is a scam and I will report them to the Better Business Bureau. Order a bat and then they’ll tell you it’s out of stock. Funny, the bat I ordered and wanted is still listed on their website. Oh, but they’re happy to sell you a more expensive bat! Classic bait and switch!

Ordered batting gloves they showed as in stock. Got a call from employee and got attitude as if it was my fault they did not have gloves. Got attitude and hung up on because I did not want a newer pair at same price(I wanted what I have used not something I have not even if it is newer or "more expensive for same price") Not first time they have cancelled order on me. Employee ended up just hanging up after I said I did not want newer pair. If you are not ready for people to say they do not want something else, try updating your website and inventory. Usually customer service 101 says you should say " Sorry about that and next time we will try to do better" now there will not be a next time! What a j****

Constantly showing hats available that are out of stock. That's worth 3 stars but you get 1 star for constantly calling me and harassing me and straight up cussing me out regarding a stolen delivery. Offered to send him the security footage from my cameras (same ones the police have) and instead hung up on me. Then proceeded to call me multiple times over the next week leaving vulgar voicemails.In the end its BY FAR the least professional "company" (in reality I think it's just 1 man operating out of his basement) I have ever done business with and I would recommend you use any other company.

Customer service is superb! I ordered a fastpitch bat over the phone, it was quick and easy. The bat arrived in 4-5 days. However, when I showed my daughter the bat she said, "uh dad, this bat is way smaller than my old one". So when I called them back about exchanging they understood and were very helpful and they guided me to a different bat because they were out of original one I ordered.
