This is an update after I became a regular. My experience with the guy has been great. He never smiles, but he is not rude actually. It's just how he is. All of the hairdressers are great now. I got an unimpressive haircut twice, but I think she left as I haven't seen her for a long time.

After a fire due to a restraint nearby, they lost a lot of their employees. Now there is only 1-2 hair cutters at this location. The male cuts very slot and is very attentive to detail. Would not recommend if you are time constrained.

Been coming here for at least 15 years now and I'm always impressed with the results. I've been keeping my hair shoulder length for the longest time but decided to chop it off today and I think cutting short bobs are even harder. The guy who owns the salon did an exceptional job and he was very meticulous. He is not talkative, which is perfect because I get exhausted some times when I have to talk the entire time with the other stylists I've experienced. This place is a gem and the price is still so reasonable!!

So they can do mens haircuts but nothing special. They don’t know how to do fades or anything. It’s good if you’re looking for a very basic mens haircut. I asked for a high skin fade and the lady didn’t know what to do. She ended up using just clippers not balding. Their English is limited which is fine but a bit of a struggle. The place is clean enough but everything is outdated and a bit run down, they use a lot of space for just storage, like they don’t take pride in their business. Not worth 15$ in my opinion

I have been there for two times for my haircut. It's ok. Yesterday was the third time, I was not satisfied. When I got there, it almost nearly 5. I made the appointment but there some other guys cutting in the line. So I wait for 30 mins. However, when it was my turn. Katie was rushed to end the work and there are two guys waiting who didn't make the appointment. So I felt she cut my hair very quickly and randomly and didn't meet my request. She just wanted to finish my part soon. I even prepared the model images for her. Gosh, it's totally random cut. I felt terrible after that. Now I'm very regretful to get my hair cut. Also think about how to save my hair. If any other suggestions, please share.

I had my first haircut here today, this place is run by a family who are very friendly when you talk in their native tongue. I used to work in the neighborhood and it is tucked away to the side of a Korran restaurant. I walked in without an appointment in the morning, there was no wait and my haircut was done expertly by the experienced barber. I felt very welcomed to this hair salon and I highly recommend it.

I have come here countless times and have always had my hair cut by Phillip. I called in to ask if he was there and they said he was. I believe I heard him on the phone as well. When I arrived, he was not there, and after suffering about 30 mins in traffic, getting a much needed haircut was practically an obligation. I was told that Phillip had left and was not there anymore when I got there. I had very simple instructions for the owner: 1/2 fade on the sides and an inch off the top - this is literally the same haircut i've gotten for at least a decade. It started off fine with him essentially buzzing the sides which is in line with what I wanted, however, it wasn't a 1/2 fade and it was really more like a flat 2 all around. Now the next part is the most egregious. He literally took the buzzer to the top of my head. I have been to and had multiple barbers over the years having been in different cities. They have never taken a buzzer to my head. Ever. It has always been scissors. Nothing has ever changed before. Why was this even running through his head? I'm so confused. So not only did my barber Hei Or not follow directions, he completely butchered my cut, which could be described as a combover, into a buzz cut. What the actual f**** If Philip is no longer there I can not, in good conscience, recommend coming here if the most basic of instructions cannot be followed and a simple haircut was butchered.

Waited for more than 30 minutes only to be told that a family had already made an appointment before me and was asked to leave and come back. Why didn’t anyone tell me that when I was waiting. Never coming back again. If I can give this place a 0 star for customer service I would.
