You wait a long time to just learn how to wire the money. That’s how the bank treats their preferred customers. I wonder what happens if you are not a preferred customer. I think BoA should close these financial centers and open a big one in the area and offer a real customer service. If they keep doing this, I will transfer my accounts to other banks.

This branch lacks common sense customer service. They move at a snail’s pace and don’t really care to service clients. They are too busy socializing instead of working.

Don't trust negative reviews. I just went to this branch which was the closest one. And I had fantastic customer experience from Clifford. Highly recommended!!

I visited this branch to work through a 12 year long fraud on my B of A account , and the Fraud Division of B of A told me to visit the branch, but when I went into this branch they told me "they had no time to help me, and that I would have to wait for 40 minutes or more", so I left. I will now file a complaint with the CFPB about the Bank Management for this branch, letting the CFPB know about the untenable lack of responsibility of B of A.

The ATM 's here are a den for thiefs. DO NOT use these ATMs if you can avoid them, especially after the bank closes. Used one of the ATMs here just yesterday. Following morning, I'm at home and get an alert about a withdrawal....WHAT! Fool me once blah blah blah. Filed a claim right away, then I went to the bank and let them know. The person said they have no control once the bank is closed. That's reassuring? Byer beware.

This place sucks. Close in the middle of nowhere the day. Why! I wish my company had a better bank to deal with.

So pissed with this location! My husband recently died and I need to remove him from the account and add my son. We came in just before Thanksgiving to take care of it, and they said no one was available to help me. I had to schedule an appointment, so we schedule an appointment for the next time my son was in town, a month later and no one showed up to open the business. There was a bunch of us waiting, including the exterminator, who wanted to check the rat traps he had set two days earlier. It would make me so happy if the health department shuts down this location.

I made an appointment with Jose Bermejo of the Business Solution on Nov 10th regarding business loan. Initially he received me really well and we discussed my idea. Even though, there were no BOA products to help me at the time, Jose mentioned another loan officer that they work with that he can put me in touch with. But he was not able to find his information, he asked me call or email him the following week and he will put me in touch with the loan officer. Well, I did follow up with both with a call and email but never got an answer. I decided to take my business somewhere else. I think it’s very unprofessional to not return call or an email. I would not go back to this branch.

The wait here is always horrible. Avoid going into this branch until they hire more staff. ATMs fine. Doesn't matter the time of day, you can't get out of here faster than 20 min. BofA Relations Team - this shouldn't be a shock to you. Look at the ratings. Feel free to reach out to your branch manager about staffing levels and queue times if you want to be helpful.

There is signage for a business line but don't be fooled. There is no business line. The tellers are friendly but service is slow. I have been here a few times and there are usually only two tellers working - regardless of what time it is. Be prepared to wait!
