Only giving one star because I have to . YVETTE is a fucking bitch and needs to bring down her attitude before someone brings it down for her. She's rude and unprofessional. Her face tells you "I hate my job and life and I don't want to help you" but she does it because she has to. She's a total asshole and thinks she's better than you. Let me know if you want me to give her some lessons on customer service. Also, if you're hiring I'll gladly take her position. That was there is no "short staff" excuses. So upset honestly with the service I received. Felt like I was covered In shit and that's why she was like that. Please get people who actually enjoy their jobs and not boomers working just because they're bored at home. The fuck .

Some of the employees are nice other then the fact that there disorganized went to pay my rent one person tell me I can pay cash to the account then another tells me I need a cashiers check so it becomes a hit or miss here and honestly it gets annoying

From Quaker City to Banco Popular with at least Walmart locations, then Banc of California with limited spots and rude service. LETS BE BLUNT?. F-THIS, TAKING MY ACCOUNT ELSE WHERE. The employee copped attitudes with the wrong customer. So I had to smack the wannabe security guard for not minding their business. Mind your business next time. Don't start nothing, there won't be nothing.

If i could give it a zero i would, customer service sucks, they talk to you like you are asking them for a favor, they are lazy and won't do their job... Came in to cash a check because my boss uses them, didn't even want to bother to call and verify a signature because it "didn't match the signature in the system" and said since i dont have a membership i am not even considered her customer Her name is Megan and should definitely not be working in customer service. She is out of her mind if she thinks I would want to open a bank account with that kind of customer service

An absolute debacle of a bank. It's obvious that they don't want anyone's business. If you use "the internets", good luck. Because the simplest chore of logging-in has been made overly complicated and difficult. IT's MADDENING! On my phone it's asking me for an Activation Key. I go to the help button to learn what the F that is. It says "Enter the 8 digit activation key provided by your financial institution." Great! Where the F to I find it?! I have no idea. And where's the option, that other banks give, to re-send whatever I need to login, to my email or text? There isn't one! On my PC, it asks for TWO different login names. These names have been issued to me by the bank. They can't be customized so that I can remember them. AND, my browser can't fill them in for me, like it can for my other bank accounts online. So I have to refer to my "cheat sheet" that I have with these strange login names every time I want to login! Then I have to recognize a picture, then enter my password. But, the password is never right (even though I update my cheat sheet with the new one every time). So I have to reset it every time. So they have to send me a temp password through text. But does the text come? NO! 15 minutes later I'm still waiting for it! If you do finally login, you're greeted to a website straight out of 2005. Excuse my French, but F this bank! They obviously don't care about you and your online experience.

this location of banc of california is the most professional, the kindest employees i have ever dealt with at a bank. the v.p. bank manager, eli and kandy, sr. personal banker are not only the most professional but truly interested and concerned about their clients. i have "been around the block" a few times and these people are above and beyond what you would expect out of a bank employee or any employee for that matter. if you have an opportunity, do yourself a favor and stop by and introduce yourself...even open up an account, you won't be sorry. do i sound like an employee? yes? i am not i am a long time client and needed to share this with everyone. you won't be disappointed.

This branch has the customer service beyond excellent. Sometimes I just want to walk in there to feel better about myself! I have been Business and personal banking with this branch for years and nothing but great customer service with a smile, saved me time and money, big thanks to Laura, kevin, Patie, Kandy & Shelly, and everyone single one at this branch! Oh, by the way if you have a question do not hesitate to call, always someone pick up your call and answer your questions "no machines" and no waiting.

They disregard your time, argue with you (combative) are short-staffed - or at least have a bad policy about allowing multiple workers to go on lunch break at the same time when it gets busy! First time to any branch of this bank. Got there on my lunch break to inquire about opening a business and a personal checking account. It seems like 2 of their tellers were at lunch and the other 2 at the desk had clients attending to. I came in and had to wait - which was somewhat okay - until 2 other clients came in after me asking for teller service. One of the ladies at the desk became available, and I thought that I would be next to get served. She claimed that I had to wait until after she served the other clients after me because I wanted to open an account and that would take too long. I suggested starting the process and then handing it off to the other lady when she became available, as I was on my lunch break and had to leave shortly. She started arguing with me! I left. Very unprofessional service! Oh, I hope that the fact that I am black did not have anything to do with it.

This is my favorite Bank by far!! The staff are all highly intelligent and superb at getting wires out when requested. Every time I walk into the bank I feel like I'm walking in to a place where everybody knows my name and I know theirs. I never have to worry about having enough time on a lunch break to run in and drop off a deposit because theres always enough people to help. I 100% trust and believe in the employees at this branch and it's a highlight of my day to get some banking done and say hello to a friend.

There are no "neighborhood" banks anymore .. except Banc of California. Honestly, Laura, Dania, Kandy and the whole crew are amazing and seek to please, not cite policy why they cannot assist. I have been banking with Banc Of California for over 5 Years . I started by having a personal savings and checking account and now have also moved by multiple business accounts here. This is a great bank with personal vip service . All the banker and the teller know me personally . I am able to make a call and they recognize my voice over the phone . I feel very comfortable banking with them .

Have you ever wondered what happened to the days where you walk into the bank and everyone knows and greets you by your name? Where they know your accounts without you having to swipe a card or give them your account number? I wondered that too until I found Banc of California, more specifically this branch. I'm not much of a Yelper, but when someone deserves one, they will get one. The entire team at the branch is Amazing! They are the definition of customer service. Any question, any scenario, the team at the branch has an answer for me. Kandi, Dania, Kevin, Laura... EVERYONE on the team is just outstanding. This is why I do all my business and personal banking at Banc of California and this is why I refer them friends and family. Now I am referring you to check out Banc of California - Tustin!
