I have to say I have never felt more put at ease than with Jorge G. at the Tustin store location. He was so patient and helpful with all of my issues. I have almost no knowledge with cars and he took the time to explain and workout my issues and questions. He was a real hero for me and my family. You no have a life long customer thanks to his knowledge and customer service. Thank you, Jorge!!

I recently visited AutoZone to get some refrigerant for my car as the summer heat has been intense. I have very little knowledge about car maintenance and was planning to refill the refrigerant myself. When I asked George if it was an easy task, he immediately offered to help me. He came out to my car and refilled the refrigerant for me. As I drove away, my car’s AC was blowing colder than ever. I am extremely pleased with the exceptional customer service George provided. I will definitely be coming back to this AutoZone again.

Had an issue, returning chains in another store, but the manager here, George, was super helpful told us to come in and he’ll handle it no issue and was very friendly and showed a great customer service. If you have any issues with your car, definitely go to this AutoZone in Newport Street and Walnut Avenue.

Customer service was awful. I worked at Autozone before when a customer walks in the store you Supposed to be greeted Adrian, which did not have a name tag on was on his cell phone sitting at the front of the store not helping anyone A customer walked out mad and all the other employee did was say oh I’m sorry very unprofessional
