My car was towed to the AutoNation for two problems. Armando, the service advisor updated me with every detail. He was very helpful. My car got fix in a short amount of time. Thank you so much Armando and AutoNation Ford Tustin.

I got my “cable bushing” replaced which is a part in my Ford that controls the shifting of different gears since it had a recall. I had never had a problem but they switched it because they said it would be a new part so i didn’t mind. a day later before i was about to head over to work, my car wouldn’t switch into different gears and it was stuck in park so i immediately knew it was the part that was supposedly supposed to be “replaced”. I called Ford multiple times to where they would just say i would get a call back but i never did. i eventually after multiple attempts ended up getting connected to daniel who was rude when i explained what i needed help with. i told him what it was but he said i would need to leave my car for a day before they even inspect it. this is already time waste because Ford is taking up my time from work and now I have to leave my only source of transportation for them to “inspect” the vehicle first as if I didn’t know what the problem already was. I had no other choice so I called a towing company to take my vehicle to the dealership. when the tow guy arrived, he asked what was wrong with my car and i explained that my car wasn’t shifting gears after taking it to ford to be “fixed”. he opened up the hood of my vehicle and in less than 2 minutes he fully fixed my car and he didn’t even charge me! He said Ford had never even attached the part they said they were going to fix so pretty much I was at risk of losing control of my car at any point in time and it could’ve switched gears without me knowing. I will never go to this Ford again

My service advisor - Christian was professional, knowledgeable and responsive. He was able to save me time and money by arranging for drop off service to my home. When my Bronco was done with the service he also arranged for the car to be dropped off at my residence so I didn’t need to take time out of my day to take an Uber back to the dealership. I also appreciate that they sent me a video of the inspection.

The service director at Tustin auto nation is the absolute best. He was able to fix my Ford f150 check engine light. After putting me in a rental and coordinating with engineering he was able to fix the engine light that was bothering me for 5 months.

All I can say are fantastic things about Ford AutoNation. My advisor Armando, he is an exceptional person, the way he talks and communicates with his colleagues even with me. He made me feel that I am important for Ford, he helped me for my recalls in my utility interceptor and also he kept me update. After everything he went above and beyond telling me what the tech found in the vehicle. He did a fantastic job.

Daryle is the BomB!He transferred the car I wanted from another AutoNation dealership and made sure that the car was up to my expectations, he even had a 2nd key made for the car since it only came with one. Service & sales at its best! While doing my contract I had my very favorite person Brittany my service representative do my other car an oil change. During the whole process I was able to do a full zoom (on another matter) getting all three done simultaneously!! I call that multitasking at it's finest.Thank you Daryle for being so awesome!Thank you Brittany for being so accommodating and doing as always a GREAT job on my vehicles! In the last 6 years I have purchased at least 6 vehicles from your dealership, the finance department had a awesome "new" kid" on the block and he new his stuff!

I recently took my fleet car to auto nation Ford in Tustin. it was a great experience; they seamlessly coordinated all the work needed with my fleet management company and arranged a Lyft ride back to home for me and sent another when the car was ready. I was assisted by Mikayla, and she kept me in loop with text messages when things were completed, and rides were requested. I greatly appreciated the speed and communication.

I came to Autonation because I needed an oil change and someone to check my tire that was getting flat for some reason. I booked an appointment at 11:40am in a saturday and I said to the girl who attended me that I will be waiting until the service’s done so after 2 hours waiting I went to her cabin to check any update about my car and She said they were having lunch and just checked my car a couple minutes ago. I kept waiting 1 hour later and came again to another update just because if I booked an appointment it should’t take forever to do this service!!! The girl came to me and said that I had to change my tire and the price was $208 But I have the tire warranty from Autonation. She said she needed to send some paperwork to authorization witch She did And then she said it would takes 30 minutes or maybe more to get a response. At this time I was really angry!! She called them and realized they were closed And just will take a look on my case on monday So she gave me the option to pay for the tire or come back on monday after spend 3 hours of my weekend waiting for them!!!!!! I left and My husband called them really angry. They made another appointment for Tuesday so I went there again and they fixed my tire and not replace it Took 2 hours But I definitely don’t recommend this place. And definitely don’t understand why they make an appointment if they don’t have people available to work at right time.
