I cannot stress enough about how Nxt Level's customer service and transactional process is the BEST! Nxt Level actually cares; they actually listen, they educate, they are patient; they are responsive; they are friendly; and they are professional. I entrusted Nxt Level to apply tint to the windows on two vehicles: a 2024 Lexus RX350 with 50% on the windshield and 15% on all other windows; and a 2023 Subaru WRX with 50% on the windshield, 30% on the front driver's and passenger's side windows, and 5% on all other windows. Honestly, I couldn't be happier. My vehicles look amazing and are much cooler. “I seriously love the way my car looks after the full deluxe detail! They always do a great job, inside and out, and my car stays clean for basically the whole year. The full detailing usually takes around 4 to 5 hours so it's best to arrange alternate transport or somewhere to walk in the meantime.”

“Had a minor fender bender/side swipe situation with my Miami Blue Macan. I did a little cross referencing at other body shops/collision centers and only Sterling had done work on the exact same paint and car as seen in the previous reviews.

I specifically worked with Vanessa, who is a veteran in dealing with insurance. She made sure we had the case/claim number to attach our details to the vehicle so that everything could move smoothly, even when the insurance didn't even know what she was talking about. Vanessa is fantastic to work with and she gave prompt updates on the status of the vehicle. She even showed me around the shop which gave me confidence to work with them after seeing how organized, clean, and professional their crew is.

Upon receiving my vehicle, it was washed and everything was clean. No extra miles and the gas level was where I left off (this may vary depending if vehicle sensors need calibrating). The damage virtually disappeared and I left extremely happy. I would absolutely work with them again and recommend to any who want their luxury/exotics fixed right as their shop regularly works with Porsches, Lamborghinis, Mclarens, etc.”
