Love to browse their seasonal items like Halloween and Christmas. The homegood store is interesting but something seems very overpriced. Look forward Halloween.

6/09/2024 We are preparing for our baby shower and I finally convinced my husband to go to this store since a friend recommended it. We wanted to check out the cushions for the outside patio furniture. We were going to get some grey ones and then we found a really nice blue that was mark at 29.99 (same as the grey one) so we decided to look for those and grab 4 (we spend like 20 min locating the ones with same price tag). We pick up some cushions on the way out that were 50% off that went well with the design. At check out the total was around $260 and it did not make sense, the cashier told us the ones discounted were the pattern ones so we went to look at those but still did not make sence, I went back to asked her why was it more if the tags said $29.99 and she called a manager, we waited around 15 min this young lady came and told the cashier to honor the price and then she said wait, she was gone for about another 20 min and came back with another yound lady which gave us an attitude and said she could not sell us the items at the price that was listed because it was marked wrong. I told her we have seen other items at that price that if they were all mistakes and she went ahead and ignore me she said if we wanted the items we needed to pay the price of $59.99 so after about 1.5 hrs we walked out very disapointed and without cushions for our furniture. Not sure if I would ever go back, it was very misleading.

There was a tag mistake on outdoor patio cushions that I found, the price was 59.99 when the cashier rang it up, but the tag shown was for 29.99. There were quite a few cushions with that mistake besides the ones I was trying to purchase and the manager did not want to honor the mistake. They offered a 10% discount. I did their job for them and now they will correct their mistake but at the expense of my time. Will definitely not be going back. The cashier was very friendly though.

One of my favorite places to shop. Always great items and good prices. At home is a large home decor store. It’s like being a kid in a candy store ha. This location is next door to a Costcos and Costco gas station. It can get a little busy and crazy in the parking lot. We went on a Sunday afternoon and the store wasn’t as busy as I thought it was going to be. We were able to take our time and look around. We found everything we were looking for and more.

Richard the assistant store manager was rude and would not honor the 550% tag that was on the rug. Very disappointed with the service I received today. Drove all the way from Anaheim and was treated poorly!
