The service at At Home is utmost superior. I had the honor to get assistance from Allen, the manager, at the At Home in Tustin Market Place. He went above and beyond to provide assistance from the moment we walked into the store and even outside of the parking lot. He was extremely attentive. I even heard him assisting others over the phone and walking down the aisle to assist anyone in need, making sure to answer any questions and check if items were available. It was incredible to see his hard work and diligence. While leaving the store, he even offered to help put the box of our newly purchased Christmas tree inside and when it didn’t fit, he found a solution. I am sure he has made many people’s holidays complete by ensuring their trees were available and decor was in stock. Thank you, Allen, for providing such great service and experience at the store today!

Great prices and huge selection on items for the house. My only complaint is the price stickers are too hard to get off the merchandise when you get it home.

At Home is my go-to for home decor and more! I bought some items for my kitchen. They've got a huge selection of furniture, decor, and seasonal stuff. Prices are pretty good, and you can always find something unique. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's a fun place to explore! Just be ready to spend some time browsing - it's a big store.

One my second visit a week ago, I was going back for a couple more of the pillows I had bought the week before. When I could not find them, I found an associate who looked in the computer and said there was 1 left of one, and 3 of the other. The store manager was WONDERFUL and got involved helping me dig around until we found both. Great customer service! The associates are very nice and super helpful. I found the store to be clean and fairly easy to navigate given its size and depth of products. I joined their free perks program, and they give out 10% coupons in my email. This store is huge, but had a lot of neat houseware stuff. *hint - they send ALOT of emails, so I quickly found if I hit unsubscribe I got an option to just get emails condensed to once a week -plenty for me!

This is like Disneyland. My referred my to this place, and I'm so happy I came and gave it a chance. This place has everything for all the holidays but also just have beautiful decor for your home. Everything is neatly placed, and all the aisles are color coordinated to the theme. It's very reasonable when it comes to pricing. I went over board for my new Christmas decorations and I still have to come back for more. Corrine the cashier was so sweet, helpful, knowledgeable and upsell. She suggested the sale items that I didn't pay attention to. Guess what it was such a good price that I bought it. She helped me with the proper bagging. Corines made sure to get back up cashiers for the person behind me because my purchase was very large. She acknowledged every individual, multitasked and I told her how refreshing it is to have this service. It's genuine and it was also my first time here. She signed me up for the point reward program, which is a must. I can't wait to go back and finish my Christmas project with their items. By the way they have a selection of candy, before checkout, you need to check out out. Su adj a great variety. Anything you need you will find it here. This place is the best for your decorations whether is for the holidays, events or want to change up your home. I highly recommend this place and know you're in for a treat. Also a money saver. Lastly to the management here, Corrine is a the perfect team member anyone would want. She has it all and smile as she worked. Thank you for the experience. Will be back this weekend

I do like this place for a few home decor things and the quality seems good for the most part. The place is huge so they do have a great selection. The pricing is high though. For a lot of the products, I feel that you can get it at other places for less but they may not have it most of the time. The store is quiet and for the most of the time pleasant. Its funny when we were looking for pillows, the aisle was filled with them on the floor but not a big deal.

Huge place same location with Costco Tustin! Anything your heart desire for decorating are there. Hope the business stay long! Reasonable prices! It's a go to if I need anything to decorate our place!

This new staff of cashier are not good... I like to visit this store a lot but I'm always question about the few things I buy.. as if that's not enough ... They are offended that I buy so few things... They question it everytime.... it's official I will drive to home goods ...
