8/12/2023We purchased our first set of sofa, love seat and chairs from Arizona Leather in 2005 and have been very happy with its comfort of use, quality and esthetics in our residence. Therefore, we decided to purchase our second set of sofa and love seat at Arizona Leather store in Ontario. During the store visit on 6/28/23, and consultation regarding the purchase, we interacted with Mr. Hugh Mocias, Manager. In addition to the new purchase, Mr Mocias advised us regarding application of new foam core to our first set of furniture. The ordered service and new furniture were delivered early and at the highest quality to our complete satisfaction. Mr. Mocias provided his consultation at the store as well as coordination of delivery of the service and furniture at the highest professional, competent, efficient, courteous and friendly level to our complete satisfaction. The quality of their product is not the same like before. I will never buy from them anymore because the protection plan they sold me doesn’t honor it when I needed it. I bought few items from them and it seems they don’t even care to help when I needed for them to assist me with my claim.

BEWARE!! We waisted 8,000.00 dollars!!! It's a bit of a long story...we purchased two electric recliners custom colors. We sat in the same recliners at the store first and they were so comfortable. We waited six months to get them and were so excited when they finally came. They were beautiful leather recliners! We moved out our old lazy boy recliners and replaced them with the new ones. After sitting in them for 15 minutes my husband and I looked at each other and said these are like sitting on concrete. Our heads were sore, our elbows were sore, our tailbones were sore. Nothing like what we tried in the store. Of course they won't be exactly the same comfort because the store ones were broken in. So we tried them for three more days and we were in pain the whole time so we took them out and put back our old lazy boy chairs and called the store. They said it takes awhile to break them in and we said but we're in too much pain to even sit on them to break them in.I was shocked when the lady said to me, "don't you know any big people that can break them in for you!" Hubby and I just looked at each other in complete shock!!! She did not just really say that did she!!!!! Because they were a custom order they won't replace them and it's been over 60 days since we ordered them so our credit card company couldn't reverse the charges. We finally got the lady to request maintenance to come out and take a look but she said, "I'm sure they won't find anything!" Wrong they did find something!!'First it took 4 weeks for them to come out. In the mean time we put 160 lbs of sand bags on each chair to try to break them in. The sandbags did nothing. Two of their repair men said, "this is not the foam they normally use. You're right these are way too hard!" The chairs are guaranteed only against something wrong with workmanship not comfort. We'll I consider them using the wrong foam bad workmanship. This was during Covid when the supply chain on everything was limited. They must have used a different foam (not like the one in the store) I would consider this false advertising!!The maintenance people said they would come out and replace the foam but they can only replace the bottom not the arms. It was a tiny bit better but the arms were still too hard.I asked the store salesperson if they could resell the chairs at their store since no one has ever used them more than 3 days and we would buy different ones. I also told her that I have two houses that I need to fill with furniture and intended on using Arizona leather so they would definitely benefit from that. She asked her district manager and he said no. You would think that they would want to keep us as a customer since we were going to spend 10s of thousands more for the rest of the houses. But clearly they don't care about customer satisfaction!Bottom line, we have two beautiful recliners that we can never use and will most likely give to goodwillAnd we're going back to lazy boy to buy two new recliners that we know are comfortable.I waited two years to write this because I never write reviews, but I thought maybe I can save someone else from waiting thousands of dollars.

Purchased a large couch from Pattie at the Tustin Market Place. She explained everything and work with me to get the exact product I was looking for. She gave excellent service and the couch came in earlier than expected, definitely recommend.

We had gone to several furniture stores looking for a leather couch and chairs to replace our old set. We did not find anything we liked. That’s when we visited Arizona Leather in Tustin, Ca. The salesman, Hugh Mocias, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed us a wide variety of styles and their color and leather options. We found a style and color we liked and selected an exceptional European leather (ELMONORDIC IV), that was not available at the other stores we had visited. The ordering process was quick and easy. We found the price competitive for what we had ordered. The set arrived on schedule. It was exactly as we had ordered and was in flawless condition. The delivery men were very friendly and careful. Once we had it in our family-room for a few days, we loved everything about it except the legs! We decided to change the legs to one of the other available options to better blend with other things in the room. We went back to Hugh. He indicated the legs could be easily changed. The charge was very minimal. He sent a technician to our home. The technician removed and replaced the legs in a couple of hours. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Now “everything” about the set is a perfect fit for our family-room. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Our only regret is not going to Arizona Leather in Tustin first! 5 STARS ALL AROUND. We love our new furniture! Patty and company have seen to it that we are satisfied. Delivery time was as proposed and installed very smoothly and extremely professionally. As we look to upgrade any additional rooms, we will look forward to visiting with Patty again.

The sales people were great! The gentleman helped us in getting all the options we wanted in our couches. The leather we choose is even better than we thought. We bought recliner couches and the electronic controls are awesome and very easy to use. Delivery people were very nice and professional. Brought them in and set set them up nicely.

Pattie was wonderful. She let us browse without hovering and answered all of our concerns and questions as needed. She made several suggestions and put time and effort into helping us make a decision on what might work best for our needs. No selling pressure whatsoever. We felt very comfortable in making a $7K+ purchase with ease. Thank you Pattie.

Our previous sofa purchase from Arizona Leather lasted 20 years! So, when it came time to replace it we went right back to them. Our sales person, Hugh, really did a good job understanding what we wanted and took his time to explain the different sofa types we were looking at as well as the different leather grades. We took advantage of their sale offer and we kept in touch regarding ship dates. We had our sofa delivered yesterday and are thrilled; looks great and quite comfortable; I’m seeing a lot of couch naps in my future. The delivery crew was great as well. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Never buy from Arizona Leather!!!!!In a time when the customer experience Is everything you would think they woulddo the right thing for a customer who just spent $5300 with them!! Wy wife and i went shopping for new leather sectional and stopped into Arizona Leather to take a peek. We found something and came back a week later to place our order. Over the course of a couple of weeks we made several changes over the course of 2-3 weeks including deleting an ottoman. We paid by C/C and were told it would be 8 weeks and if we later wanted the ottoman it would be no problem!We get our sectional and it looks great but a little stiff and some of the grain of the leather was different. i went to the store and spoke to my salesman Louis and he explained it would break in and then feel like we expected and the grain, well that how it is and from looking at the floor sample it to was the same. So at this point we are good with the sectional.This is were it went from good to bad!I went back a week later to order the ottoman and brought in a sample of the leather and color code to match our sectional. I paid with our C/C and was told it would take 6 weeks and i would be sent sample of the leather from the factory that would be used to match for our approval Great!. Ten days later i get a call from my salesman Louis and he tells me he made a mistake that I should have paid by cash or check not a C/C for parts as they call it. He explaind that customers have canceled in the past because they changed their mind and were stuck with the order. I told i would like to speak with the owner. I get a call from the owner 15 minutes later and after going round and round with the owner he basically told me check or cash or no ottoman! I just spent $5300 with you and this is how you treat me! Ordered Canceled!! Seriously!!!I pay by C/C to protect our large purchases in the event something goes sideways as they sometimes do. I have never placed a custom or for anything where suddenly i decided i did not want it. Bad business practice and i will never recommend them and will tell people to stay away!!

Thank you so much to Denise and Hugh for all your help in selecting my new couch and chair. I spent a lot of time in the store and even went back the next day and they were so patient and knowledgeable. I’ve had several couches and chairs from Arizona Leather; the quality of their products is fantastic. Don’t waste your time going to other stores to look for something better because you won’t find it. If you go to the Tustin location make sure you ask for Hugh or Denise. Thanks again for the above and beyond customer service.
