I had some concerns regarding a probate property I'm in escrow for and was referred to Amity Law Group. I got in touch with Patrick who addressed all my questions and provided as much valuable insight as he could, which I appreciated as the seller's side hasn't been forthright with what's been going on. I felt very comfortable in speaking with him and I now feel more at ease after getting a better understanding from him of where things are currently at. "I find it perplexing that this service has received a 5-star rating. My experience with them was less than satisfactory. The company seems to employ intrusive online tracking methods, sending intimidating letters designed to create fear, often mentioning lawsuits. Despite my amicable divorce proceedings, I received one of these letters, which I recognized as baseless. It's disheartening to think that others might fall victim to these tactics. Their approach appears predatory, targeting vulnerable individuals."
