I have Jeep wrangler came here with multiple issues with my suspension build, leak on my transfer case, shocks rubbing on the frame and check engine light oil pressure sensor. They did fixed my drivetrain issues e.g, driveshaft oil leak and shocks rubbing . But they messed up on the engine diagnostics replaced my oil filter housing which didn't solve my oil pressure issue. I end up buying the oil pump and have them installed it. They didn't charged me for extra labor but I have to pay for the parts. After a few weeks I have another check engine light code related to the oil temperature sensor which is part of the oil filter housing they replaced. In conclusion they messed up on engine diagnostic replaced the wrong part which created more issues I'm not coming back here. My advice to this shop stick with wheels, tires and accessories, don't mess around with the engine, money isn't everything but reputation is.

Jesse James & his team over there are great people! He made picking what I wanted for this truck a breeze. He got it all installed very quickly & made sure the truck rode good.. truck is amazing & by far one of the best looking trucks I’ve ever had.He sent me pictures from when it came off the truck, to rolling into his shop & when it was finished up leaving his place.He even called me later to let me know all my stocks were in the bed of the truck & to not let it get stolen!Thanks to the Adventure off road team!

Jesse James & his team over there are great people! He made picking what I wanted for this truck a breeze. Installed the journey 2" lift on my 22 sienna around 5k miles. Went to the mountains and some snow. No issues.Got retorque done at around 10k miles and no problems going to Yosemite with some light off-road and all is still good.If you plan on doing the same thing as me then keep in mind that journey sends a screws that is longer than it should and it will rub against (Black plastic thing under the window and window wiper) something and make noises when you drive up and down. Overall good experience.

My husband brought our jeep here and Jesse is very rude . He is not friendly at all especially for being a manager, he treats you as if your bothering him and he responds very dryly when answering questions and concerns.

I initially had high hopes for this place as they seemed to be busy and have good reviews. Initial impression was great when I went in person. I was looking to get new tires, a lower control arm installed, and an alignment. They were reasonable and helpful when I was there. After leaving, I had to call multiple times for updates on my part. After finally getting ahold of them, I decided to go with OEM and then again, multiple days and weeks went by with me calling and leaving information and never getting a call back. A month later after my first visit, I finally get ahold of them on the phone and am told that the OEM part is on back order and they were "trying to reach me". That was just a blatant lie. I literally called Toyota across the street from their shop and got my part the next day. Would have been nice to know over 2 weeks ago. Ultimately, a month has been wasted and I am back to looking for a shop to do my alignment. Terrible customer communication and service.

I've had the most rewarding experience at Adventure Offroad in Tustin, and it's all thanks to their manager, Jesse. It's not often you find such a blend of deep knowledge, outstanding service, and an eye for detail all in one person, but that's exactly what Jesse provides.I brought my Jeep in with some issues that were missed by other mechanics from different shops. However, Jesse proved his expertise right off the bat - within moments of inspecting my vehicle, he identified five different problems that had been overlooked previously.What really stood out to me was his comprehensive understanding of Jeeps and his genuine enthusiasm. Great, friendly customer support! I bought a new 2023 GMC Sierra 2500HD Denali from Tustin GMC, which included a 4-inch lift, method rims, and nitto tires. Tustin GMC has all their modified cars go through Adventure Off Road which makes it easier when it comes to buying a car ready to go with all the upgrades.Less than two months of having my truck I noticed that the axel was leaking grease, I contacted Tustin GMC, who put me in touch with Adventure Off-Road (which happens to be located next door), who ordered the component and scheduled my installation/repair. The repair was handled while I was on site and completely free of charge on my side.They do tons of off-road additions here, light bars, lifts/suspensions, wheels/tires, etc. So if you're looking for a shop that does professional/quality work and stands behind their work, this is a go to shop!

Amazing. Just amazing. Do not hesitate to come here. You will be taken care of.I own a 2019 Jeep Wrangler Sport and I've been dealing with a check engine light for over 9 months. Over that time I've been to 3 dealerships, where I was basically told "tough luck". Luckily Tuttle-Click Jeep recommended me to come here which was in the same area, since Adventure Off-Road is much more knowledgeable in tricked out, customized Jeeps, and problem solving those types of issues.I made a quick trip over there and was immediately greeted and asked how they could help me. I explained my issue and the gentleman up front (Ricky)? immediately took a trip outside for a quick visual inspection but couldn't see anything out of the ordinary. I ended up setting an appointment for a week later for a full, detailed inspection.Fast forward a week and I was back in for my 9am appointment. I was once again immediately helped upon entering and my Jeep went to the back. I waited around for about an hour and Jesse came out and explained the issue what was having, and what I needed to do to get that check engine light fixed. I was floored at how quick they got everything done, and to what extent both Ricky & Jesse went to make sure my issue is handled and fixed.I never have experienced such fantastic customer service from a service/outdoor vehicle shop, let alone anywhere else. Absolutely top-notch crew here.Above & Beyond in all aspects.I will be coming back here for any upgrades or anything outdoor related for my Jeep. These guys deserve it.
