Best 7-11 around in all of SoCal! Go here every morning since it's across the street from my work. The ladies are always so nice and everything is organized. The bread is fresh the coffee is always ready. No complaints here the best 7-11 I've seen

this place stole cash from my ebt & it hasn’t gone back into my account since cause the bald older Mexican guy always screws my stuff up & now I’m definitely not ever going here cause that’s theft & if I want to buy drink or food now I can’t cause places like this with workers like that like to steal peoples cash & now I’ll have to die of thirst & hunger & suffer what a migraine this place is. ???

I've been coming here since 2019 since I live next door and I have to say pretty much everybody who has worked there has been great. Anna who I think is the boss is so super kind, very patient & the most genuinely welcoming person. I would like to give a shout out though to 2 very special employees, Juan & Acee!!! They really are high quality representatives for this store, they know their customers, they take time with them, I have never seen any kind of frustration or attitude from them & I've been there enough to see some of the things they have to deal with! I rely on this place for a lot but getting to see some truly awesome people when I go in, people that recognize me, people that seem to care is incredibly special & so rare. Best 7-11 there is EVER!!!!! Thank you Juan & Acee

They really need to do something about their bad employees and their poor attitudes towards customers. I would say fire them but that would probably make their day. Maybe Just lower their salary? Oh wait, you legally can't pay someone less than minimum wage.

It's 10:30 am Fri. Oct. 7th & this 7/11 has a female cashier who appears to be on drugs. She can barely keep her eyes open, she is slurring her words and can't get my order correct. I asked for 2 different skews of chicken and she rang me up for one of each of the taquitos. Then she proceeded to ague that I asked for these items and asked me why I asked for all the other items. I had to leave without purchasing anything.

i am very angry with the staff at 7/11 who are located at mcfadden ave and tustin villa wey. staff who use rude words to buyers like me that the person is a woman with a very bad attitude and was wrong and instead of air I'm sorry I said a rude word that I think I wouldn't say since I'm not one of his friends or anything serious have more education

There is a Disgusting employee by the name of julio that works here. He is so rude, and disrespectful to many people, including myself. You have to really hate your job, to tell customers to "Shut the f*** up" and run them out the store. I rather go to the 711 on redhill, than have to deal w his customer service.
