Quite possibly the worst customer sevice I have ever dealt with! None to speak of! I have been a loyal customer for at least 3 years buying a little from Scheels, but well over $4000 directly online. On one purchase, I bought (3) 4 Way Stretch long sleeve shirts. By the time I got around to wearing the white one for a wedding, it had been about a year since my purchase. Problem was there were some wrinkles in the shirt that would not come out in rewashes, re-iron or steaming. Called and spoke to someone and they stated that it had been a while, but to send the shirt in and they could probably take care of me. After not hearing back in quite some time, I reached out and they said it takes a while to analyze. My next call they said they would send me a replacement white shirt and that that line is not a SKU anymore. Well after about 2 months and not seeing a replacement, I started calling. Spoke with Brooke multiple times from the Wholeasale department and Cynthia(online department) and wanted to know when I'd see the shirt. Brooke actually asked me for my email address so she could send me a confirmation order. Waited a few weeks and nothing. Spoke again to both and even left a few messages, with, of coaurse, no return call to me. To be treated this way is not acceptable, whether I have spent $400 or $4000!!!! I am shocked that they have just danced around this and won't send me the shirt. To anyone reading this, I would recommend taking a look at Peter Millar clothing. I doubt I'll be seeing this type of customer service with them as I switch over to buying from them.

The clothing at this place has been amazing for 20+ years. Top notch quality and the shirts are stretchy and fit me great. I used to wear the 3xl but now they no longer make it but with the spandex in the shirts the 2xl fit great. I’m 5’10 235 athletic build . The pants are just as good

Don't wver order from these people. I had a business trip to go to and needed the shirts by a certain date and a girl by the name of Cynthia swore that my shirts would arrive in time. Needless to say I had to leqve minus 2 shirts. Of course when I called she had nothing to say. Garbage service. Don't bother ordering direct. Waste of time.

Horrible company that cheats it's customers. But hey, someone just pointed this out to me, they have this guy named Ramsey Nashef working for them and this is his conduct : Apparently, he is their lead designer. So if this is the type of people they have working for them, then no wonder right?
