I visited the bank branch today and encountered the most unhelpful and indifferent bank teller I've ever come across. Not only did they lack basic manners, but their incompetence was staggering. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience that left me questioning the quality of service at this branch.

Horrible experience with this branch. From teller to banker to “mgr”. I flew in from the east coast to take care of my Mom who was admitted to the hospital for an extended stay. I came into the branch to pay her credit card bill, as I had done all week for EVERY other bill she had, I was told I would not be able to do anything without me being on the account, her present or power of attorney. (POA) I told them her bill is due and I just want to make sure it is paid on time; I didn’t want any information other than to give them money. No issues there, went to an attorney’s office, paid for a POA, paid for a notary to go to the hospital, all taken care of. Or so I thought. I took the POA, the admission paperwork, my ID, my Moms ID, and her credit card. They still would not let me pay her bill. This is now Friday afternoon, and I am flying back to the east coast Saturday morning. I am now told that because the paperwork is not submitted to a banker to be put in the file, I could not do anything. It was the branch banker that told me this. My reply was then, here is the paperwork, please put it in the system and on file and let me pay her bill. The answer was yet again, no. We cannot do that. You will need to make an appointment with me for next week to have this entered into her account. Obviously, this is impossible since I live in Virginia and was leaving the next morning, and my Mom is still in the hospital. Insanity, and the worst customer service I have ever had ANYWHERE. And my Mom has been a client since 1984, as show on the card I gave them. If this is how they treat 40+ year clients, how are they treating anyone else? Too many options for banking, take your business accounts, your deposits, your credit cards and any banking need you or your business have and go elsewhere. And let Wells Fargo know you left and why.

If Zero stars was an option that's what they would be getting from me. Bad service, they don't listen to what you need and don't explain things properly. I will never bank with them or do any kind of business with them ever again.

Every single time I come to this branch it's always the same thing... a long long long wait, they need to hire people here seriously under staff.

What a waste of time and energy. You can't do anything from the mobile app, when you call the people are useless and just forget about you on hold. So I came into the branch, hoping to move some funds around and close out an old business account and the guy said the banker is unavailable and I should just call and hit zero repeatedly. Wow, thanks for that stellar advice. Just going to pull all my money and go bank with Varo.

I went to this bank because it was the closest although still 20 miles away from the small town I live in because I received a check from my management company for overpayment of rent it was 1385.00 written to me on their company check drawn on Wells Fargo and they refused to cash it after making me wait 25 minutes saying they could not VERIFY it I have worked in retail management for 35 years and when I need to verify a check I call the bank they were the bank who were they contacting to verify this check I found out in the end because the management company didn't answer the phone to say they wrote me the check this branch would not cash it I have never heard of this before and realized they were implying it was committing fraud which I don't appreciate at all they may as well have just called me to a lier and thief which I am not I will never go here again and don't suggest anyone do banking with this branch unless you want to have to wait around to be called a thief and waste your gas at six dollars a gallon to drive 40 miles for nothing if I could give them 0 stars I would shame on you people

I had a bad experience with a banker named kerstin when opening my accounts. She is very rude, racist and unprofessional. She got a nasty attitude. Make sure she does not have the opportunity to open your accounts. The rest of the staff are very friendly and nice especially the new tellers.

Long line out the door. Many employees just standing around and only 2 tellers working. Convenient location but poor service. Unless you're using the ATMs it's not a quick in and out. Expect to spend some time here.

This branch is SO much better than the ghetto branch on Olive. Way friendlier, way less congested, way more helpful. I'll be coming here from now on.

Please update your hours with Google. I came on a Saturday as it shows online you are open. When I get to the branch I find you are not open. During the two minutes I was here I saw two other customers try to enter. People depend on information about your business online being accurate.
