Long lines only 1-2 tellers open at a time. No one seems to care about customer service. Leaving moving all accounts to Chase. Been here too long.

Trying to come here on a Saturday is a nightmare. The line it out the door n down the sidewalk. They NEED more tellers than just 2...whoever runs this branch has zero clue what they're doing.

This branch needs help in every area. Customer service is subpar, the lines are absolutely ridiculous. I mean there are so many people in line that they are having to wait outside in a line that wraps around the building. Also this branch is very outdated and run down and the parking lot is super small and fits about 8 cars.

I went to olive branch with mom, trying to open account for her. After an hour waiting someone came to us and said sorry we have to come back tomorrow without any explanation. When we asked the manger , she was super rude and said that she had to go back to meeting. So we left without knowing why.

My disdain for Wells Fargo has hit an all-time high! I recently sold a home and made the poor choice to have the proceeds deposited into my Wells Fargo account. My intent was to turn around and use the funds to pay down a new mortgage. After failed online attempts to wire the money, I called customer service only to learn any wire in excess of $100k must be done in branch. Are you kidding me?? Its 2022! I'm military and travel all over the world... often to places that don't have a local branch. When not traveling, I live in DC where most banks (and other businesses) don't even have parking lots. In a post-COVID world, I can manage teams of 100+ geographically separated workers, conduct critical health visits, and shop for every necessity online but I can't pay off a mortgage without leaving my house? Funny...they had no issue receiving a wire over $100k without my physical presence. Hypocrisy! I'm so sorry USAA...I never should have gone anywhere else. You continue to set the standard no other bank can touch!
