Had a terrible experience with a teller named ISABELLE! She was rude & has zero customer service. She refused to change one of my checks because the “letters are different”, I have been going to this banks 10+ years and was never an issue. I even asked her to scan the check to verify but she refused saying it wasn’t going to work. She was insinuating that I was trying to change a bad check. Then her horrible supervisor was called but also refused to help me. Isabelle then refused all help & told me to go with someone else. Then the second teller was nice enough to cash both of my checks.

My business has been banking at this Wells Fargo branch for twentyfive years. The new branch manager is terrible. She is disrespectful to the customers, has zero customer service, and doesnt care if customers are upset. There can be 20 customers in.line and she will not help or open additional window tellars. When she is confronted with the terrible customer service ypu acts as tjough she can careless. I have been bringing less business to the branch and will switch banks 100% when all checks have cleared.

I never get a pleasent smile here, I always feel like I'm some sort of burden to them for coming in. It's not the way I should feel when I walk into an institute that holds my money for which they are gaining interest on. I asked a teller a question her name was Isabelle, as it reads on my receipts, why there is a wait on a deposit and her answer was just I don't know it's just recommended. That answers nothing. I only keep them for the convenience and it sucks.

Long line, slow service, they don’t know a thing about good customer service. I would have like to give them zero stars but option not available.Worst bank experience ever. I will never bank with them

Long lines only 1-2 tellers open at a time. No one seems to care about customer service. Leaving moving all accounts to Chase. Been here too long.

Trying to come here on a Saturday is a nightmare. The line it out the door n down the sidewalk. They NEED more tellers than just 2...whoever runs this branch has zero clue what they're doing.

This branch needs help in every area. Customer service is subpar, the lines are absolutely ridiculous. I mean there are so many people in line that they are having to wait outside in a line that wraps around the building. Also this branch is very outdated and run down and the parking lot is super small and fits about 8 cars.
