Me and my wife were tired on our way home needing to buy dog food so we stopped there and upon exiting person there checks receipts was busy attending someone else so my wife left ahead I stayed to show receipt and he asked if I had another receipt because he was sure he saw more than three items being receipt showed three. I bit my tongue and said nothing. He gave me look as if we stole something. Receipt has time and day. This was way wrong.

This store has absolutely gone totally down hill. You can never find anyone to help you, if by luck you do find someone, they are rude and can't or won't help you. This is an awful place !!

pretty fuckin ridiculous that this walmart makes their customers feel like criminals. and honestly i think they're jus being discriminative because it's only every now and then. why should your employee check my reciept at the exit when i just spent my hard earned money you should show some trust. yea i get it people steal but that's not my problem! and why you gotta lock everything up? even socks and underwear. this store keeps getting worse. youre the only store that checks your customer reciepts. no one wants that especially during covid when your associates get hella close.

Money services employee refused us service at 430pm when another associate stated that service desk closes at 5! She was so rude and needs to learn customer service skills! Also I understand she has a line and management needs to send additional help when there is a long line already but there is no need to turn customers away in a extremely rude way! Do better!

i was shaping in walmart in turlock when i was leaving the walmart three inch nail go true from my shoes all the way to my feet then start bleeding i ask walmart worker do you have first aid kit they refuse to give to me i ask them i need some thing to rap my food to get home they refuse to do something i still was bleeding on floor they call manger i wait for 12 mins no one show up i just take my shirt rap my feet then go home i left my phone number to give to manger to call me he never call. after two day i go walmart to pick up my medication i talk to assistant manger i told him what happen i just need to rap my feet to go home he told me i will have manger to call you i give him my card with cell number still two weeks no one call me also none of worker dos not were is first aid kit i as worker front of assistant manger .they must train all worker fire ext and first aid exit door and how respond to emargncy issue thank you for reading.

F this Walmart I literally am still waiting on someone to help me get socks.... Yes the socks are literally behind glass and its been going on 30 min already, I have pressed the assistance button several times and asked multiple employees to help me and I've been straight up ignored, I'm just upset that I'm waiting this long FOR SOCKS!!!!

If you enjoy shopping at Walmart do not shop here most of the items you want besides the food is locked and there is no one inside to help you and unlock the cabinetIf they do unlock the cabinet they carry that item to the registerThey are understaffed

There was an associate her name was Lauren and she really helped me in men's to pick the right size and help me find every thing I needed and walked me to the check out and made sure I got checked out correctly.she is great.

This location has not changed. I came in to shop for some essentials, I needed some pants for work. I was standing alone good looking at some pants and a worker comes folds one pair of pants and stands around me. Smh. Lurking. I go to look at the socks, still being watched. Why am I mentioning this? Oh they're doing their "job"? Maybe because when I went to woman's feminine items (which are locked up) and waited not 10-15min for someone 25 freaking min. Smh. Meanwhile over the Intercom they are sending people to multiple spots for theft check .. okay how about you help those who want to pay for their things.... this needs work.

Visited this Walmart today 1/16/20217:45 ish pm. Paid at self checkout because it seems like Walmart is all for self check out. Had 4 items didn't purchase a bag. On my way out there was the greeter checking receipts, another line to get in at Walmart. Long story short, my husband walked out with the items while I stood in the line so he can check my receipt. Greeter was all mad and asked me what my husbands problem was?! Seriously? What is your problem I asked. He was the rudest greeter I have ever encountered! When I asked to speak to a manager said he said "go ahead here's my name, be quiet" this man by far took it too the next level. I hope management puts him in his place because he will get a law suit on them. I hope you read my review and if you are the greeter I am referring to, hope you don't treat all customers like you treated us and if you do, shame on you! Just know if you have a bad attitude and nobody's stopped you in your tracks yet, there will always be somebody who does! Oh and did you get a gold medal for checking receipts? This is what it feels you are aiming for because you are vicious!

Waited close to 30 minutes for the auto dept because there was a customer having issues. I had to let other people who just simply bought a few items since I needed the auto shops help. I usually come here and have no problems but it just seemed the employees were not very helpful or knowledgeable enough. Didn't get a acknowledged or even a pardon for the wait. Customer service skills are lacking a tad. Hopefully my next experience will be better.

I received the most outstanding customer service in the layaway department from Kris, Luis, Gisselle. These workers went above and beyond to find the Barbie Camping that I needed to make my daughters Christmas perfect. Walmart needs more employees like these!!! Thank you so much guys, you rock!!!
