My review is for pharmacy staff , I am surprised to see kinds of people which know nothing are working there when so many good people with knowledge out there looking for jobs.
I had som to toe medication to pickup at pharmacy and when I approached there the Indian technician came to help me she asked me for my date of birth but since birthday is confidential and HIPAA protected and I didn't wanted to say it out loud, I hand her my driver license politely but she refuse to look at my id and very rudely told me that I have to tell her the date or she will not going to be able to help me. At that point I asked for pharmacist and when he came he was really polite and helpful if I am not mistaken he was a young Asian gentleman which was really helpful, but I don't know how Walgreens is not educate their staff about rules and regulations, I believe someone that working in pharmacy should know about HIPAA privacy act to protect the company from getting big fines and violating the law.

I only rated this place a one star because that’s the only option. The pharmacy is actually the slowest pharmacy ever. The assistants are extremely rude and unprofessional. They have no customer service and do not give accurate times for pickup. They move slow and seem like they do not know what they are doing. If you are planning to make this ur pharmacy DO NOT. You will regret it.

Don’t go here there racist I went to shop and they thought I was gonna rob stuff they kept on looking at me this place is the worst they take there job to serious like they lost there best customer I remember going there when I was a litttle kid and the store is judgmental

I always use the drive through to pick up my prescriptions and get there between 6-6:30 am. I got there shortly after 6 am Monday and there were signs plastered all over the drive through window that it wouldn't be opening until 8 am all week. But, of course, there was NO post on their website advising people of the change. The store manager obviously doesn't care about the public. Very poor customer service!
And what happened to Express Pay?

Goodness, not only is the photo counter person mannerless and unpersonable. The bathroom was filthy no soap, or toilet seat covers. Cluttered aisles and long lines. Remind me to stay inside.

Worst pharmacy in Turlock. The wait times are horrible. Their automated system calls your home sooooo many times a day and then you come to pick up the meds that are not even ready. A tremendous waste of time. It’s no longer 24hrs.

Glad they were open 24 hours for a stop in the middle of the night for some hair product. Unfortunately they wouldn’t let us use the restroom because those were “closed”.

Look for a employee to be moving slower then a fast food employee getting paid probably twice as much if not Same and half and just chillen..your chillen while my child is sick ..your chillen while everyone has things to do but still puts time aside to worry and adress their sick chil but your chillen..everytime y'all come and serve somebody reguardless of what position drive thru Ect ..y'all chillen keep chillen ..while kids r sick and people just can't get their medicine because y'all are lazy af and in air condition environments damn near have the best food around you to eat ..tbh this is where humanity meets the most pathetic ..fr but keep talking your time yall...it's ok ..don't trip ... where only dying over here cause this messed up government but it's good take your time oh while your at it let me go get a cheeseburger and fries and come back and still be ont one for my meal ....murderes as far as I c it .. lol oh u sons a b*****

Well, they have lost another customer due to lack of service and most importantly, lack of caring. Long lines, short staff, unable to fill orders in a timely fashion, slow moving clerks who appear to hate their jobs. This isn't a one time event and has been getting worse. It is too bad. Walgreens used to be a good place. It appears to be going the way of Thrifty's. I won't be the homelessness or theft that causes their demise. I will be because they do not care about us.
