This Walgreens pharmacy is horrible. I dread going to pick up my medications, because it always takes 30mins or more to get through the drive thru and the inside line. After my experience with the pharmacist today I am going to look into getting my medications elsewhere. The pharmacist was extremely rude and not kind at all. The way she spoke to me was inexcusable. I was having a hard time hearing her and I told her that and she still was crabby at me. She was being short with me and replying with rude answers. I couldn't believe her awful behavior. This place is awful and wastes your precious time! Don't get your meds filled here. Go ANY place other than this place to get your meds filled. I could go on, but I will refrain. I wish I didn't have to give it any stars.

Don't know why I continue to get my prescriptions filled here. Been waiting in the drive through for 20 minutes and they have serviced ONE person in that time. I usually go inside, but usually that isn't any faster. Drive through should ONLY be for pick-up, not filling prescriptions (which is the only thing I figure makes this experience so damn long EVERY time). I have also been trying for two years to get my two prescriptions filled at the same time, but they still haven't accommodated me with that. I have called, told them in person, and sent computer messages, but I still have to come about a week apart to pick them up. I guess when you are this big of a company you really don't give a crap about customers!

This Walgreens pharmacy is the worst . Long lines long wait times. I will be changing pharmacies. Not sure the problem if it's staffing issue but I dread coming here .

This place is horrible for prescriptions. Takes forever! You get messages it's ready, and then you wait in line for 45 minutes and it's not ready. Go anywhere else.

Every time I’ve been, place is an absolute disaster. They don’t answer the phone, lines are so long you’ll have to wait for over an hour for any prescription. Pathetic management and leadership from the top down. 0/5

I’d give them no stars if I could. Huge lines. Then in the drive through their buzzer doesn’t work and you can’t hear them when you get to the window. They were rude. Kept mumbling and asking questions when it’s impossible to hear and then gets rude and snippy as if I’m putting her out and doing something wrong. Will never ever go back here again.

I wish there was a way to give them negative stars. Huge lines. Then in the drive though the buzzer doesn't work. Also, the speaker system doesn't work. The lady at the window was insanely rude. Couldn't hear her. She just kept snapping and asking questions in a mumbling fashion and she was getting mad at me that I didn't understand her. What should have been a one minute pickup turned into a 15 minute waste of my time! Extremely rude lady. No customer service.

Wow. This pharmacy. Worst customers service ever. 1person running behind the window...chicken without the head. Almost 10 people in the line. Drive thru line customer service. If you wanna work in customer/medical service...at least have some knowledge of medication and adverse effects

I don't know how many times I've been there to pick up my scripts, only to get home and discover they left one or two out. Today, I was told that I needed to call first to get a script that was called in by my doctor. This pharmacy has a never-ending variety of excuses as to why they haven't been filled. Usually, it's a narcotic prescription.Coincidence?

I spent all night at the ER with my 3 month old to discover she had RSV & bronchitis. They prescribed her a nebulizer & albuterol and recommended i come to this pharmacy since it's 24 hours. I called to make sure they have a nebulizer in stock since it's a 40 minute drive from my home & was on hold for over 30 minutes I get it's busy right now so I wasn't even really upset about the hold times what got me upset was that at 32 minutes it asked if I wanted to take a survey regarding the service I received & then just hung up. . I hadn't even been helped yet. I called back a couple minutes later. Got a hold of a lady at the pharmacy let her know what happened & I basically just wanted to know if they had nebulizers & albuterol because that's what my prescription stated & i wanted to be sure they had it since no pharmacies around here had them, she says "did you look online they could ship it to you". I then tell her again the doctor prescribed it I've never shipped any prescription over & seems like it would take longer than just to pick it up. She says "hold please I'll transfer you to the front" so spoke to someone at the actual store not pharmacy let her know & she says "that's a prescription it would be with pharmacy". . . Get transferred back & after a couple minutes it tells me to take the survey & hangs up. Forget this place & their rude employees.
