Store employees are great but VZ outsourcing customer support overseas is a HUGE fail and I've lost confidence in this company to provide good service. I guess the only option now is driving to the store for any issues.

UPDATE: I take zero pleasure in posting this update, but I don't think it would be fair not to warn others. When signing up for my new plan with Verizon (I am a new customer), Homar attempted to get me to sign up for a home electronics insurance plan that I declined at least three times. I even explained to him why I didn't need it. I learned tonight that this plan at $25 a month was added to my account anyway and it just took me two hours to get it removed and to be sure I still had coverage on my phone. Sadly, I believe this was because I admitted going in that I was not tech or phone savvy and needed help figuring out the best phone and plan options. There was zero confusion about whether I wanted this home electronics policy as I was not even remotely open to it and declined it multiple times. He was visibly disappointed when I kept telling him no and I assume there must be a bonus involved which is why it was pushed so hard and then added to my account without my permission. I will be reporting this to the proper regulatory authorities. I'm so bummed. I also feel a little d*** having been so fooled by what I though was genuine help and the appearance of great service. I now know it was an act. It was next to impossible to get it removed as I believe their customer service department purposely makes it hard to get it removed to wear you down. That's two hours of grief I'll never get back.I dropped in at this store today after almost two decades with Sprint/T-Mobile. Ended up being a very good thing and Homar was wonderful to work with. I'm not great with technology so I needed a ton of help to get everything transferred over and to make sure I bought the right plan, phone, insurance and charger. There's no way I could have transferred everything from my old phone to my new one so Homar took care of all of it for me, even helping me reset my apple password. I left the store with a fully functioning phone with everything perfectly transferred over. This was such a huge relief. Thank you so much for the great service, Homar.

Daniella is absolutely the best! She listened to what I wanted and needed. She untangled issue after issue. One at a time fixed each problem. I was so happy with my experience at this store. In the past that has not always been the reality. Have Daniella help you. She is amazing!!

Hate this store. I regret switching carriers to Verizon because of this store. I talked to the sales rep Summer. I informed her I wanted to switch carriers because of the lack of customer service with AT&T. I explained that I was tired of other carriers only trying to sell you things and never giving you full explanations. I asked her to be up front with everything and all HIDDEN fees. She did the same thing AT&T did. She sold us and claimed to tell us all the hidden fees. We have paid so much in the first two months since switching to Verizon. When we signed up for Verizon we provided our Drivers License which had our address on it. We verbally gave Summer our address and she still failed to enter our apartment number. Two of our new phones were delivered to the wrong apartment since she couldn't bother to put our full address. Once we took the devices to Verizon to get programed, they couldn't even do it right. Two of our smartwatches didn't even work. We had to go back a second time to get competent workers to sync our phones. When we switched to Verizon, we brought four lines. Summer failed to mention we would be charged the $90 per line if we had to order and have phones shipped to us. We literally had a bill for $400 for two lines. That is ridiculous. Oh and good luck getting any actual rebates. I would NOT recommend this store at all. I would not recommend the store rep named Summer.

They are very judgmental and they have attitudes for something they messed up on! They treat you some type of way they don't help you with anything that you can't do yourself they make you wait for twenty mins for nothing they lady didn't even help us she just gives us number to call so again why are you corporate store if you can't help any body's problems and just send them to other place lol

Unfortunately our visit today was more so "Bitter-Sweet." Upon our entrance in your store we were met by "Summer" whom based on her expression looked as though she'd been crying (frustrated). The individual I was accompanying simply wanted to purchase service/cellphone but experienced issues with an authentication password that can only be sent to an "inoperable" cellphone. This of course prompted Summer to ignore us on move onto another customer she figured could get a "quick sell." Upon this we were met by Thomas whom contrasted Summer: Empathetic, Patient & Soft-Skilled. Fortunately, Thomas was able to get us the cellphone we needed (Good News) however at this point "Summer" suddenly seemed to want to be our Verizon Representative (again?).After we received the phone (Thanks to Thomas), we requested to trade in our old phone, simple? Not, with Summer that without even looking at the phone told us we couldn't trade it in.In addition we encountered issues with our losing provider with porting our cell number which we understood wasn't the fault of Verizon.Thomas figured out that a PIN was needed to port our cellphone after Summer told him "You take care of them..." which in fact Thomas did! By suggesting to insert the old SIM card into the new cellphone to acquire the PIN #Summer, became frustrated (blushed & teary eyed) became short, aggressive tone and at this point after remaining silent for so long in a neutral tone voice I explained to Summer in my 13 years of being a Verizon Customer she is the worse customer service representative I've encountered. I explained it's not always what you say but how you say it. Summer, smirked, handed our cellphone back and told us someone else can help us. I explained to Summer that "someone else" was Thomas.I explained to Summer whatever she is going through the customer isn't your target to project your emotions.I plan on picking up a phone in a few weeks but with Thomas.I hope that Summer can get the help she needs because her emotional instability is toxic.

Rockstar customer service provided by Breanna. Long story short, Verizon lost one of my cell phones that I traded in. I called to find out what was going on and I hadn't heard back from them. That was 2 1/2 weeks ago. Hello customer service. Did you forget about me or just wrote me off?I walked into Verizon store and met with Breanna who jumped into action and solved the problem with a simple phone call. She also hopefully fix my cell phone service because Verizon has been shoddy lately.Big shout out to Breanna, you are awesome. Thank you and you're a blessing to Verizon.

I was told last year I owe 17 payments to own phone. Today lady says you just got phone you owe 17 payments..? I hate this company always lying to me never answered phone calls. Cheated into buying ..What to do with phone I don't use only pay so I don't get bad credit??Help

The "manager" Roberto is unprofessional, rude and aggressive. He's not helpful whatsoever and doesn't know how to answer a question without raising his voice and being condescending. If he can't handle his position there I suggest having someone else take that roll that is knowledgeable and professional.

Miguel, name tag said manager, was very helpful. He waited patiently as called customer service for another phone company and even offered me a cup of water while I waited. Due to a prior appointment I did have to leave before my task was complete to return at a later date.Overall, great service and all were friendly! Thank you!
