Terrible terms and experience we suppose to meet 2 week before never happening them meeting day before by 7 change last day to 3 them to 4 also short on the quince chair total 8 chairs and no fork’s spoon and knife on any table plus the last minute they cancel the 4 servers we out tell in us also bad attitude and never answer the phone never again terrible service ever but the day the we have to pay promess everything and really never follow the contract so rude never again.

The chargers we rented warped and I had proof of it she said it was my fault and would not make it right by me. Very unprofessional tells me to pick up/drop and is not even there we had to wait or come back. That should have been my first clue.

ZERO STARS!So unprofessional, beyond unorganized and very rude. I had a 250 person wedding with multiple businesses involved, and this was by far the worst I had to deal with. I could go on and on for days about how horrible I was treated and the lack of customer service, but I’ll save it and just say, don’t use them.Just one short story to show how I was treated, the day before my wedding, one of the helpers the owner brought told me “ he would solve the problems and have all my tables and chairs picked up.” THE DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING! After they had been paid in full! You don’t say that to a bride!! I couldn’t sleep the whole night before my wedding, scared they were going to vandalize all my hard work because of the way they left me feeling. So unprofessional of them, and I will never forgive them or forget the way they made me feel. Thankfully everything worked out, but I wouldn’t want my worst enemy to go though what I felt with this business on my wedding day. I hope this helps another bride navigate the rental company she uses! Highly recommend Burner Custom Designs, another local company!

ZERO STARS! So unprofessional, beyond unorganized and very rude. I had a 250 person wedding with multiple businesses involved, and this was by far the worst I had to deal with. I could go on and on for days about how horrible I was treated and the lack of customer service, but I'll save it and just say, don't use them. Rude and unprofessional staff, owner and place. She had to write up my order 3 times because she would forget or lose my paperwork. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. Businesses that operate like this do not deserve to be in business and I hope that this helps and prevents someone else from going through what I did. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!

Would not recommend! Since the beginning the lady was late to all appointments and had my wife and myself waiting outside her store many times. The day of the wedding my wife’s bridesmaids did not get the bouquet they had initially agreed on and also had the wrong color bow. Decorations for the wedding reception looked great. However, I also hired waiters through her for the wedding day. During the reception they did not have all the waiters I had paid for. The most frustrating part was that she had some of her own workers(not waitressing) in the kitchen eating the food for my wedding before my own guest had been served! Once my guest were served, some of the waiters were rude and unprofessional. My own family had to step in and help serve the guest which was a disappointment because it defeated the purpose of hiring servers! I wish I would have read her reviews before hiring her! Lastly, she is very confrontational.

If there was a choice of no stars I would put none !! Worst experience EVER !!! First off, She gives you a sample of your flower bouquet & the day comes & you get something totally different. Totally frustrating for being the bride. My own bridesmaids had to purchase flower bouquets at the store & create one that I had initially had send pictures of before hand. Secondly they catered our wedding (worst mistake) instead of serving food for the guests, they served themselves first. Some of my family members had to Step in because they weren’t prepared at all. Plus they were rude & slow. Overall worst experience I had to go thru on my wedding day.

If I was able to put no stars I would! This place sucks ! Things are not clean ! The boss is mean and disrespectful! Doesn't listen and treats there workers bad as seen ! Things not clean flowers dying ! DONT COME TO THIS PLACE!

She does everything fine as long as you make sure you get everything written in contract. She promises lots of stuff before u pay her and then when the time comes down to it she doesn't do that. Just write everything down and make sure you are clear.

Would not recommend this place. I had my wedding last month and I wish I would have listened to all the bad reviews . The good thing was I only went through this place for my flowers and even that was a mistake . She told me she would make me a sample of my bouquet , my bridesmaids , boutonnieres, and the ceremony arrangements. She never showed me the boutonnieres and I went like 4 times to see my bouquet I would even call her the day of to let her know I was going and when I would show up she would say to come next week because she couldn't get the flowers this happened all the way until a week before the wedding by then I had paid her the full amount so there was no going back she assured me she would have the flowers I wanted and that I didn't need to see a sample that she knew what I wanted (I wanted Austin garden roses which is an imitation peony) my wedding came and when my husband went to pick up the flowers , because I didn't trust she would bring them on time, there were boutonnieres missing , the flowers looked like they were sitting there for days , they looked very sad and discolored , and my bouquet were flowers that I didn't ask no garden roses to be seen and the ribbon that goes around it was a pink and white lace when I had asked for an ivory ribbon on all of them . Just save your money and go somewhere else .

Worst experience and service of my entire life. She ruined my wedding. Showed up an hour late, lights were broken for my archway, tully looked like someone threw a sheet across it, and didn't do everything she promised. Very rude, and will never go back. Save your money.

I recently used this company's service and I'm really appalled by all the bad reviews on here. I too had my daughters quince at Larsa in Turlock and in all honesty I had the best service by this place. Very well organized, the decor and flower arrangements were very well put. We had gotten the flower wall and chandeliers by them and it looked beautiful. My daughter was so happy. Our guest kept complimenting us on the decor and flower arrangements. If you are looking for decor, I suggest you go to the showroom and meet the staff there. I hope this is useful and they get a second chance.

Horrible service do not go with this lady!!! I had my daughters 15 on August 25 th and I paid her everything in advanced and I got to the hall and a lot of decorations were missing!!! The main table of the quinceanera was missing allnthe decorations i called her and she was suppose to take the stuff and she never did!! Dont get robbed like I did!!!zero stars!!!

Horrible service !!!! My event was this 25th my Daughter 15 and well I was very disappointed in this lady failed in doing what she promised me I was stressed since a day before on Friday the 24 I told her in advanced hall will open at 3pm arrived more than 4hrs late to start and just vanished after a while I call her directly went to invoice some of the plates we rented were dirty we had to clean also one of my family were there and one plate had glass and cut her self , flowers she said she would put on the table for decor only 1 flower was left with no water on each table. Horrible organized I had to send one of my family members to get batteries for a table decor because she just didn't do it I paid for drapery on celings for decor which she didn't put she gave me so many excuses were the buffet was served she didn't put the table cloth no napkins were put on tables like I was told and paid for they were left in a corner I found them after my party was over I was so upset beyond words I wanted to get a refund and said no refund because the contract said no refunds I'm still so pissed off be aware of this lady promises many things you pay for it and at the end result terrible she does what she wants it was a nightmare I'm still recovering if it wasn't for my family nd the hall event lady that helped I dont know what I've of done with out them BE SO AWARE OF THIS PLACE .... I also asked her if she had other event that day she said she had 6 + I imagine all the people she ripped off by not doing what they expected and the service Horrible A nightmare . I hope this helps someone out there go somewhere else .
