THIS IS THE WORST POST OFFICE EVER!!!!!! We were moving to a different town and we started our change of address online. We requested to start it on a specific date (when we actually moved). The guy with the turban (sorry dont know his name) STARTED our address change the day we submitted it...aka more than a WEEK before we moved. We had important documents related to our new home that was never received. WE LITERALLY requested to have it start on a specific date but he thought it was better to change it the day we submitted it. Guess thats what we get for trying to be proactive. Oh an also we had requested our mail to be forwarded for a year... NOPE not with him. Not only did he change it but he began SENDING our mail back to the original sender instead of sending it to our new address. WE lost so many documents and bills that we confirmed he sent back to sender. This is the worst experience that caused so much trouble. We missed out on important documents and summons that we never received. Glad I moved out of turlock and dont have to deal with this post office.

A complete waste of space. They never pick up their telephone. I'm constantly dealing with lost mail. The woman who runs this branch is completely worthless. The whole outfit is a joke.

First off, Agi Perez deserves a raise or an extra holiday bonus or some kind of monetary award for being amazing. He's the only one who offered any kind of help and he's a really nice and polite person. I have been on disability and my EDD check hasn't arrived. I've been on disability for a month. That means no money for a month. No one at the post office offered any type of help (they didn't write anything down, or talk to anyone else or even leave the desk). On the informed delivery on the usps website, it says my mail arrived 3 times and i didnt get my mail 3 times. I reported it to IT and the post office and through the informed delivery site, nothing. I talked to someone at the post office, nothing; they couldn't help me and didn't lift a finger. I talked to Agi and he said he would take care of it right away. The same day, I have my mail. Amazing guy, the rest of you need to reevaluate how you deal with things. Talk to the person delivering or ACTUALLY TRY to help someone. Thanks, Agi.

There really should be a 2nd post office at least in Turlock, but they are always very nice to me.

Pretty much the worst USPS station ever. They say they put a package in a parcel box, but don't have any information on the parcel box location, and you cant talk to them. Called but they don't answer their phones (literally was sick of it and called like 25 times and they just ignore their phones. Did not call the 800 number, called their facility directly and they don't do anything. Must be a horrible manager either stealing packages or letting their employees steal packages and not answer phones or - well, do their jobs. Maybe it is time for the USPS to go away and let the other delivery services take over. The manager must be a clown at this center - pretty sad!

Fast and courteous service. Very friendly mail service clerk. Helped me decide what was the best way to mail my package that would get it to its destination quickly and not cost a fortune.

This may be the worst post office ever in the history of post offices. I'll bet the mail deliver was better in the 1800's with the Pony Express. Funny thing is, way back in the 1800's they were in better communication with their customers. Had a package set to deliver to the office. There is no community mail boxes - it is simply a door to get in to the office. Found that they said that the package was delivered to a parcel box but there is no other information on the location of the box or what box number and nobody knows. I called the 800 number and they cant find it and have to check with the local office. They cant get ahold of the local office so they say it will be a few days to get back to me. I ask for the number of the office and I get it - but when calling, they dont answer their phones at this location. Ive tried calling over 40 times now and they just dont answer their phone. Id be embarrassed if I was the manager at this location (if you can call that person a manager). In fact, id probably quit and ride off into the sunset if I was that manager knowing that I am a complete failure. I dont know what else to say, my local office is pretty awesome as they answer their phones, delivery is quick, I have not had a lost package and again, they actually answer their phones. Time to close this office and terminate the manager if not the employees with no compensation. if you have to mail something to Turlock, do it in a manner that the package will likely reach its destination, a company like the Fed Ex, UPS or even the damn Pony Express if you can find one (funny how a company that doesn't exist anymore can be better than one that does).

The mail carrier completely bypassed my elderly neighbors house even though he had mail out for pick up. The neighbor caught up to the carrier and told him he forgot to pick up the mail. The mail carrier said, "It is not my job to pick up mail. I only deliver mail." This guy makes the Turlock USPS look bad regardless of the hard work the Main St. branch does. He also told my elderly neighbor, " I can't get fired." Is this the new USPS letter carriers' attitude? They could hire homeless vets who would treat customers with respect. Destined to fail.

Cannot talk to a local agent about a local issue. You will put in all sorts of numbers and talk to yes or no computers for 30 minutes then be told they cant help you and suggest everything you tried.
