Love the lotto. Makes it fair and easy to trap and release with least amount of stress on cats

This is a very busy place they have a good system for checking all the animals in and the staff are very caring. My little cat is having an excellent recovery and is almost totally back to normal!
I will go here from now on! ?

Not a clean facility! My kitten was vaccinated and treated for worms and parasites prior to her spay, which was 3 weeks ago. She is a totally indoor pet, with no contact to the outside or other animals who go outside. For the last 2 weeks she has been deficating uncontrollably, and has a horribly enflamed booty hole. Come to find out it is because she has a parasite. This is the only place she could have possibly gotten it from, they clearly don't clean and disinfect their surfaces well enough. The discounted rate is NOT worth your pets health. And definitely has not saved me a dime. Actually, another vet visit and medicine to treat her has ended up costing me WAY MORE than just taking her to a reputable vet.

I’ve brought 2 of my animals here before and the service was awful and NO WHERE near where the standard should be. I took in a dog with a history of abuse to be checked out and get her vaccinations. She was terrified and they couldn’t even touch her because she was so scared and kept running away and dodging them. When I asked if she needed medication to calm her down and if I should come back at a different time, they said no. I went to a different vet(vetco) and got her checked out there and they insisted she come back on medication to get further work done for her safety and theirs. We had brought in our dog closer to the time turlock spay & neuter closed and so I wrote it up to maybe being because they felt rushed and wanted her out sooner than later. OK. The second time I go to this place with a stray cat, I tell them he very likely has an upper respiratory infection because he has a lot of GREEN discharge from his nose and is sneezing really bad. I’ve fostered hundreds of cats before and have dealt with a lot of URI’s in cats. They said he was fine and completely healthy even though I insisted and thoroughly questioned why he had green discharge and was sneezing all the time. They chalked it up to “allergies”. They gave him a compound vaccine for 3 things and told me he is healthy enough to be inside with my other cats as long as he is introduced slowly. After 2 weeks, I end up taking him to another vet because his sneezing isn’t getting better inside and one of my resident cats started sneezing a lot. Guess what the other vet(vetco) tells me? He has a REALLY BAD URI and gingivitis from it. NOW I HAVE TO GET BOTH HIM AND MY OTHER CATS TREATED FOR A URI THEY INSISTED HE DIDN’T HAVE. I went to turlock spay & neuter for their lower prices and now the health and stress levels of my animals is threatened and I’m going to have to spend EVEN MORE MONEY treating this stray and my resident cats at a different vet for a highly contagious sickness that they couldn’t even spot despite it being right in their faces. Their prices may be the lowest around, but really weigh your options and if your pet is safe enough to go here if you think they may be sick or have something more major going on. I can’t believe they’d miss something as common as a URI when I told them the exact symptoms he was having and insisted it wasn’t normal. I don’t know what the deal is- if you guys are low staffed or overworking your staff or WHAT, but this is completely unacceptable and genuinely scary and harmful to the local animals that come to you for care.

Had my wild male Border Collie neutered here. No other vet could even touch him, he was aggressive and scared of vets. The Dr is knowledgeable, patient and did a great job. referring them to anyone that asks.

I have taken several ferril cats, pet cats and my dogs here, and have recommended to others for low cost spay and neuter. Only problem is I live in dos palos, so it's a long drive, too far to go home and come back. But to save $, it's worth it, so I make a day of it do shopping.

The guy on the phone seemed nice. Only thing is I have to wait until June for my doggy. Oh well..seems like a decent price for a large breed.

My puppy was neutered here. The price was reasonable and the process was easy. Baxter (my puppy) recovered quickly.
