This review is especially for the electronic department only. My daughters and I came in the afternoon to purchase a video game, and had planned to pay with dollar bills/a ton of change. We were a bit nervous to bring out all the change we had and see the reaction of the associate. But to our surprise, the associate 'Logan' was so patient with the long process of gathering all the coins. As a few customers would line up and put a bit of pressure on us he would reassure us not to worry and that it was not a bother. We've encountered very impatient, rude people at other retail stores when using piggy bank money in the past. He was very empathetic, thoughtful, and had great suggestions about other electronics. Such a calm aura and a personality that was very nice to be around. Kindness goes a long ways. Thanks again Logan!

You can't go wrong with Target. They have everything you need. This location is no different. I even got a $5 gift card to use. I bought a lock, beauty items and bath towels for 20% off. I did get charged for a bag fee of 10 cents. I should have brought in a bag from my car. I guess I didn't know I was going to buy so much! That's target for you!Review #47 of 100 in 2023.

Every time I go here pricing on the shelf does not ring up the same at the register. If I even bring it up the cashiers get super upset & act like I'm lying when I'm reality if something is marked at a certain price that's what I wanna pay, not go to the check out & it's higher in price. The customer service here has went downhill. 4 times now in the last month this has happened to me, today was the 4th so I finally decided to leave a review.

Left store at 9:53pm on 5/17 went to get help in the Ulta dept. The female employee cared more about being on FaceTime than helping out customers. Didn't know that's what she gets paid for. Note to General Manager check your cameras! Definitely won't be returning here!

Amazing target to shop at but they treat you like you're stealing even when you are clearly not. They can make anyone feel uncomfortable. The people there know me I go so often and spend quite a bit for my family of 6. Go to Modesto for better customer service and overall better experience!

Great for drive up. Stocked fairly well. In shopping experience felt like Walmart 1a. I went in looking for some shoes for the children. What I found was a pile of shoes in the shoe aisle that looked like the shoes had thrown themselves off the shelves. I mean the entire aisle was covered in shoes.

Love this Target! The cashiers are amazingly nice, very clean store! Not gonna lie wish it had a Starbucks but the café is clean and everybody that works there are super nice .

This location has good deals and runs decent sales from time to time, but with how busy they get, especially on weekends, they aren't for me. I don't mind crowds or waiting in line, but if they are going to be constantly jam packed with shoppers, the least they could do is open up more registers. Their employees aren't the friendliest or best trained, and often times they will leave you waiting for help for way longer than necessary or they just disappear into their abyss of a stock room, never to be seen again.

This place is worthless. AND DONT BUY THE STUPID INSURANCE FOR AIRPODS BECAUSE IT COVERS NOTHING. We bought these airpods March 2022. It is now august 2022 and they broke!! We also got the insurance THEY offered and when we called today they said it covers nothing! So worthless I want my money back for that pos insurance they sell.

I bought a piece of furniture two days ago and needed more dowel wood pins in order for the furniture to be completed. I came to the customer service department to ask if they had any more of these pieces that were returned or that they sold separately. The girl that was at the counter said no they don't have any other just laying around and they didn't sell them in store either. There was exactly two that were returned same as the one I purchased. She continued to say I can give you two options. You can return it and we can give you a new one or call the manufacturing company and they can send us those pieces we needed. If they are going to be selling a product they should at least have those pieces that people may need sold in store. Also the customer service needs to be checked because it's terrible and not helpful.

I've been shopping at this Turlock, CA location for 3 years now. I like how they maintain the cleanliness of the store and parking lot. Plenty of handicapped clearly marked parking spots to choose from located at the entrance of the store. I buy my cat's litter here. It's their store brand of Up & Up. Works really well even if it does track way to much. They all do from what I've observed. I also purchase my Purina brand cat treats and canned pate Fancy Feast here. They accept manufactures coupons too which helps me remain inline with my monthly budget. I like their RedCard because regardless so far of what I've purchased, Target discounts your RedCard purchases right there at checkout; by 5 %. They sell inkjet printer ink for my Brother brand all-in-one. However, the last few times I went in to purchase it and tried to save myself a trip to Staples also in town, Target has been completely out of it. I like how courteous the employees are here; been this way for going on 3 years and counting. They sell frozen and refrigerator foods located in the back of the store making this a one-stop shop store. And they sell a good selection of groceries, including breads and cereals and more.. I LOVE their self-checkout area which is always staffed with at least one employee offering to aid you if needbe. Love this attention to detail and personalized service. :)

Not a bad location. I just believe parking is probably a struggle due to the other stores in the same parking lot. I like how they have online shopping and pick up. just wish i was better at using the app.

the manager susan is insanely rude, i went to return an item that i had purchased 2 days ago with the receipt! the girl at the customer service desk asked to verify that it was okay to make the return and susan advised her that it was not a returnable item. i did make sure to look up their return policy before actually going into the store and online it clearly says that as long as it was within the 90 days of purchase and with the receipt, so i asked to speak to susan the manager myself, she came up behind me and rudely just said "i'm right here" so i explained to her that i had made sure to look up the return policy and was wondering why they wouldn't accept the return, all she said was "we're not gonna take it" so i asked why and pulled up the return policy showed it to her, read it out loud to her and she just kept repeating "we're not gonna take it" and "i'm not gonna do it" so i grabbed the box and left. called the atwater store and asked them, they told me to bring it in, they processed the return with no questions asked. sorry you were having a crappy day susan, don't take it out on your customers.
