Costumer service was great, came out as soon as possible due to propane being empty. And return the very next day due to gas not flowing. Dan was awsome over the phone and the tech answered our every question.

This company sucks they overfilled my tank and I had to have the manager from Sierra Propane tell them I was going to call the police for them to come take propane out of my tank which had blew pressure out twice it was so scary I was crying and they didn't care the Sierra Propane manager had to tell them to do the right thing that is unexceptable. Now because of that I have to revalve my tank and my guage doesn't work so I have to wait until it's empty. I called to tell them and they said because I own my tank I am responsable for it. At this moment I have to leave my house that's what they advised me until sierra propane open on Monday because it's Saturday. This is so difficult especially because I have a daughter with down syndrome and they don't care This company is heartless.

We canceled our Suburban Propane service because they were overcharging for filling our tank when it wasn’t empty. Then they charged us $250 to come pick up their tank and remove it from our property. I would give this company negative stars if possible.

Still waiting for them to come pick up their tanks it's be over a month now, they come out top off tanks charge more than half of what other companies charge, and are trying to charge us over 3,500 dollars, do not use this company! Going to charge them storage fees!

Be careful! Make sure you get the gallon price in writing - they don't honor what they quote on the phone! After 13yrs they don't care!!

This company is a scam, I used them for almost six years and they just filled my tank on 3-15-21 and charged me 6.49 a gallon when all the others propane company's in Stanislaus county are around 3.00 - 3.20 a gallon. When I called and asked about the price and told them I was going to switch company's, the lady was extremely rude and told me I was paying for a service.

Kelly and Megan were both very helpful in the office and even followed up after the delivery. Great customer service. The driver followedmy instructions to reach the ranch house 3 miles back in the hills on a dirt road without getting lost. Pretty good driving.

What I DO NOT like is the PRICE!!!! I have lived in another address in this county and the price with another company is Sooooo much less a gallon! PLEASE CUT Cost somewhere in your company.

$6.75 a gallon for propane as of December 2020. Shop around. Try Van Unen Miersma
