The drive through workers seem to not want to understand the orders being asked for .. My drink had a lot of ice after I said a bit of ice… Just went to Starbucks in Livingston and they actually made my drink how I had asked for .. Left is Livingston and right is Turlock..

The team members seemed not trained well regarding the customer service. The manager took care it very well and was very friendly and efficient. I guess she will need to give more training to the team members.There is only one restroom; it’s clean.Parking: There is the shared parking lot.

I went through the drive through this morning and ordered a venti quad iced caramel brûlée latte. When I got to the window, and the girl handed me my drink, I can already tell my drink was half-assed. I paid $8 for this drink...when I drove away, I took a sip and yup, I could tell they didn't add the extra shot of espresso which I paid for...I didn't have time to go back as I have places to be but seriously, do better.

This has been the third time in a row my orders aren’t made??? I mobile order show up after the estimated time of pick up due to knowing it can get busy. I leave far earlier for work to get Starbucks to account for extra time but this last experience is the worst. I waited almost 15 minutes after my “pick up” and no one asked what order I was waiting for no eye contact no way to get anyone’s attention. I had to leave without my drinks so wasted money. I would at least appreciate some acknowledgment of me standing there waiting. Last two times I had to wait at least 30 minutes before being acknowledged and the mistake being corrected. This issue needs to be fixed.

Five people working there and takes them 30 mins to make two drinks and I get that there’s other people but they just kept talking and not working on drinks they start your drink but then stop to work on a another one if you want a fast mad drink definitely don’t go here!

The customer service was very polite and friendly. The restroom was very clean and wheelchair accessible. The lines moved quickly enough to say there wasn't really much of a wait even though there was a constant flow of Customers inside and the drive thru. That alone impressed me. There was plenty of room for such a small restaurant with tables in and outside. Thumbs up from me
