“I just went there today and needed some help with my storage unit. Brenna helped me, she was really nice. She helped me situate my issue and she decorated the office so cute for Halloween! The storage yard is kept clean and easy to navigate. I definitely recommend this place.”
“This is by far the best storage facility in Turlock. Their climate controlled units are affordable, we never had any issues with pests, and the staff are just wonderful people who go out of their way to help you in any way they can. All in all using this company for storage is the way to go, the drive to the location is worth it to know your things are safe and taken care of.”

Rich Harrison was so helpful and friendly and got me all of the useful information that I would need to make my decision. This place is clean, secure and friendly. “This is a 5 star place to put your stuff in storage. These people went out of their way to help us when our unit leaked on the back wall. There was some water damage to a few boxes, nothing serious. They provided tarps to cover the boxes on that wall and 2 X 6's to get the boxes on the back wall off the floor (the floor was dry). It was not their responsibility to do all that they did, but they went above and beyond. They showed so much care and compassion and it was incredible. The repaired the small leak and everything is good. They did not charge us for any of it. Thank You!!!”

“Guard is really nice to check in but wish this facility checked in the same way as the other us colds you have to check in with guard or pre check in with a text number no QR code then Park then walk to office give information again they want appointment number usually starts with a 11 all the other us colds you pull in you park you check in with an it bol number and that number will bring up every po instead of us having to write down 15 to 20 different po numbers but just a suggestion QR code scan to check in and please can we set it up to where you use the it be a well number to check in it just seems to be more driver friendly staff friendly and seems to work really well at all the other us colds.juat a suggestion does have street parking as a few parking spots by exit staff is generally really nice Ellis is really rude every time I come here.”

She provided fast and thorough assistance which allowed me to continue on whistles unloading and reloading my belongings. The office and the site overall was organized and very clean.
