I checked in at 8:30 am and Aaron had my paperwork ready to go. I handed him the keys and he told me 2-3 hour wait. He recommended some restaurants that were close by (walking distance) and we tried Latifah's. It was about a 10 minute walk and it was well worth it! Good job Aaron. He called by 10:30 and said the car was ready, which was way earlier than I expected! Nick the technician installed the windshield, vacuumed the interior, and cleaned the rest of the windows! They both recommended what to do-and what not to do for the next 24 hours and I'm thrilled with the install! Great job, thanks to Safelite, Aaron, and Nick!

Horrible experience with the tech and call center. I've had multiple chip repairs before, this ones looks like my 5 year old put some nail polish on the area. The result looks much worst than prior to the repair, it has actually looks like it spread more and left a residue in the area that is now catching more attention than prior!
I called the call center, spoke to Marie F. the first thing that came out of her mouth was, I can change it to a replacement......
She was not very rude and should not be working at a call center.

Took my car in to fix a window chip. They cracked the window during the repair and now I have to pay to get the entire windshield replaced.

I didn't like how they left the glass on my truck....but I called them back......and they sent a technician to my house.... He was a very friendly American with long hair..... He told me in 30 minutes it is ready.....1 job very well done.....thank you

I have AAA insurance, and Safelite did a great job on replacing my cracked windshield. The guy came at 830 to my house and he finished at 9.30

The customer service here is absolutely outstanding. I'd give ten stars if I could!I was in the unfortunate situation of having to replace a cracked windshield on my beloved truck. I've had tremendous intrepidation as my truck is highly modified. I knew it'd be better to actually take my vehicle to them versus having a technician dispatched to my location. All in all was incredibly painless. I was there and in the waiting room for just under an hour. Very comfortable waiting room with free coffee, bottled water, and a TV to watch while you wait. An extra special shout out to the manager and the technician who worked on my vehicle. Very friendly, kind, and both extremely solid communicators. The customer service here is gold-standard. The hospitality industry could actually learn a thing or two from these guys! The seamless process, phenomenal customer service, and STELLAR installation of my new windshield make me incredibly happy! These guys made my week!! (..and it's only Tuesday). Highly recommended, and thank you again!!
