The customer service here is absolutely outstanding. I'd give ten stars if I could!I was in the unfortunate situation of having to replace a cracked windshield on my beloved truck. I've had tremendous intrepidation as my truck is highly modified. I knew it'd be better to actually take my vehicle to them versus having a technician dispatched to my location. All in all was incredibly painless. I was there and in the waiting room for just under an hour. Very comfortable waiting room with free coffee, bottled water, and a TV to watch while you wait. An extra special shout out to the manager and the technician who worked on my vehicle. Very friendly, kind, and both extremely solid communicators. The customer service here is gold-standard. The hospitality industry could actually learn a thing or two from these guys! The seamless process, phenomenal customer service, and STELLAR installation of my new windshield make me incredibly happy! These guys made my week!! (..and it's only Tuesday). Highly recommended, and thank you again!!

These ladies & gentlemen are the definition of professional. They did a great job repairing my windows in a timely matter. Saying that I highly recommend them is an understatement, they’re amazing at what they do.

They followed up with me before my appointment to check if they have correct glass using my Vin. The waiting area is very clean with good refreshments. They had coffee and chilled water bottles. Easy to locate the address. The service is very clean and professional. Also the customer service before and after is very good. They talked very nice. Thank you very much for the new windshield glass. It looks very clear and clean to drive now ? .100% recommend

I have a Tesla and I’ve gone to multiple auto glass dealerships and they all had issues ordering/obtaining the front windshield. Safelite was able to obtain Tesla OEM parts/glass and were able to calibrate my car for the auto pilot feature. It takes some time, but the staff is super friendly and even let me put my eggs in their fridge. 10 out of 10 would recommend to friends and family.

We used them in May. They did a great job. I really love the fact that the cost was communicated beforehand, with the e-mail sent to me , no surprise charges. Our insurance would not cover the damage. I received a quote from 2 other businesses. Salelife was cheaper.

From scheduling and arrival the lady in office Ms. Danyell Zamudio was so professional! Her customer service is beyond my expectations ✅Ms. Danyell explained the process and follow up from A to Z. Her team is very professional, knowledgeable, welcoming and ethical!Also the work my SUV had on their behalf was a 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️I highly recommend this Location. ?

I have AAA insurance, and Safelite did a great job on replacing my cracked windshield. The guy came at 830 to my house and he finished at 9.30Professional and courteous!

Update 5/30- I've still not received a call with an update on my windshield.5/23- Had an appointment for Tuesday at 9 am. I received a call at 7 saying my windshield was MIA, and they would contact me as soon as possible to reschedule the appointment. I had to call back at 4 pm just to be told they are still looking into it. Called back at 4 pm Wednesday, still trying to find the windshield. Apparently, they only make 1, so ordering another wasn't an option. It's now Thursday, no update from them.I gave up and called Don's Mobile Glass, and they have it in stock and got me right in.

Personally, I had a wonderful experience with this place and their ENTIRE team from start to finish! I received reminder phone calls from the store manager, was welcomed as soon as I walked in, given a call as soon my car was ready (ahead of time!) and felt at ease through to the end. Each member of their staff was incredibly friendly and the inside of their office was very welcoming.

The Turlock location does not care about the customer. I drove 1.5 hours to get a window replaced. The appointment was made several days in advance. I received all the confirmation/reminder texts, right up to the morning of the appointment. Only to get there and be told they couldn't do the job. I was told that they tried calling me several times but I had no missed calls or voicemails. In fact the only phone call I received was to confirm my appointment. They had no care or concern for wasting my time, money, and general inconvenience.

Had my 2003 Toyota Corolla windshield replaced. Next day noticed what i thought was a couple scratches. Called safelte right away they had service crew there in 2 days to replace windshield. Long story short it was glue or something cause he scrapped it right off with out replacing the window
