I transferred my prescriptions to Riteaid which I'm learning was a huge mistake. I called to see if my prescription was ready and the pharmacy tech who was the rudest thing ever told me it didn't go thru that my doctor wasn't contracted with Riteaid. I told her that's not how it works and asked her if she called Optum Rx for help with her claim. she told me they didn't do that. she proceeded to tell me I needed to find a different doctor. And if I needed my Synthroid bad enough I needed to go to urgent care. Really?! I called Optum my self. Our smart tech didn't put in the NPI so it was rejecting. Not only was this tech RUDE she was not the sharpest pencil in the box. she has no business working with people. She needs to get pharmacy training as well as customer service training. I will be moving my prescriptions I'm disgusted with how i was treated.

My Rite aide at 651 N. Golden State Boulevard is great. Someone at the front of the store always greets me with a warm Hello. Then at the pharmacy I am again greeted warmly, and usually there is between 0 and 3 customers waiting in line and it goes very quickly. Then I shop, and check out. Someone always helps me out to my car with my heavy items (bottled water) . Like I said in the beginning, they are great and so cheerful. They always put the heavy items (bottled water) in My cart for me too.

Thank you for saving me! It was 2 days before christmas and my kids reminded me we needed gingerbread house kits. I had seen them all over, but went to 4 stores and nothing! I was so happy to see a huge variety available and they were buy one get one 50% off. Kids were very happy!

The cashier lady was very nice and friendly. I found everything I was looking for and the store was nice and clean. There ice cream is the best! The new Rite Aide is being built next door...

we turned in 2 disposable cameras two weeks ago. we were told they would be ready to pick up in two weeks. go in to pick them up....they had not even been sent for processing! all the manager could say was " well somebody dropped the ball" no I'm sorry, no can we put a rush on them, no, we will get them done at no charge. I took them somewhere else. worst service ever. no wonder this store has no customers

One of the worst places you can get your medicine from. Their pharmacy told me that you have to call them to get your medicine ready for the day that it's supposed to be ready and if you don't call them and let them know that you want your medicine to be ready they will not have it ready this is why I like CVS they text me ahead of time that your medicine is due do you want us to fill it and if you don't respond they will refill it and let you know that it's ready for pickup and if you don't pick it up within 3-4 days then they'll put it back on the Shelf again very low-tech place this is the last time I will be going to Rite Aid on Golden State I'm just going to go back to CVS on Geer Road

This is a safe place for all. I've seen first hand that they have a fully functional Security system and a great security staff. I really love there Pharmacy the staff really cares about their customers ( Bud/RJ) and all the Girls I'm very happy as well as impressed with them. 😆 Note I don't includ the Girls names for Security reasons. I'm genos7 Thanks for using GOOGLE MAPS.🤗

Worst pharmacy ever; phoned in my refill 3 days ago. Went to pick it up and was told it's not ready yet. This is the second time this has happened to me and I'm DONE!
