For the last 2 months the cat food isle is almost empty. They keep the dog food isle full all the time but not for cats. I am not the only one that is saying how bad it is. Since this whole Covid -19 has started they have raised the prices on everything in the store which to me is wrong. The manager thinks he can recover all the money he lost by limiting checkers and the baggers won’t help you with your bags you have to ask. Some of the clerks are very nice some are kind of rude.

I enjoy the people who work at Raley's from the Pharmacy to the meat department to those who check out my purchases. What excited me today was that my local Raley's has started to carry my son's Kombucha.

I don’t want to be overly dramatic, but today is my Gramgram’s birthday. I couldn’t ask for a better service and I don’t think I could’ve gotten a better service anywhere else. I nearly cried with joy because of your staff at e-Cart. I currently live in Los Angeles and took advantage of their delivery system. It was so convenient to order flowers and a cake! I want to thank the sweet, sweet Isabella at the e-Cart who took down a note for me to add to my order for my Gramgram.

I had a horrible experience with another local grocery store. I turned to Raley’s and they were more than happy to help us out. I want to express my gratitude to the Deli staff. With your help we were able to help 20 families that would have gone without this Christmas. THANK YOU

I’m grateful most of all for the mandatory mask table at the entrance and the off duty police officer at the store enforcing the requirement. I will shop there exclusively because of their precautions.

I have been shopping at the Raley in Turlock since it first opened, I have gotten to know many of the employees and made wonderful friendships. When my family and I come in to shop it is like being at a good friend's home and we chat about events in town. Even with the Covid restrictions, the whole staff still treats us like family, unlike some of the other stores that I have entered lately. Thank you Raleys Turlock and the entire staff for still trying to make things feel as normal as possible, you have no idea how much it means to us. Thank You from the Bettencourt Family

I lived in California Stanislaus area for over twenty years, I love Raley stores. Their stores are always clean and tidy and full of fun. And the staffs are always energetic and well prepare for the daily jobs that they got hired honorably. And the store are just right size, and the security is very good too. I know nothing about grocery store management, but sure Raley is one of the best to sure as people moral. And also, of course the Pharmacist/or the Pharmacy office dept. The workers are all out to help people in the area or medicine and care. They are very professional and long term staff in Stanislaus, CA. They give my family of 4, warmth, safety and strength to move forward in our daily lives. It is one great community. Thank you letting me feedback. I have never had anything but good service here. All of the workers are friendly and accommodating and try to make friendly conversation to everyone. It is a very clean store too (even the bathrooms) and I like how convenient it is that they have other items such as soaps, makeup, medicine, etc. Definitely the best grocery store in Turlock.

I have shopped at Raleys in Turlock for over 20 years. Always loved the store. It was clean, shelves always stocked and helpful, friendly employees. I have noticed the last few months that shelves are empty. This never happened before. This wasn't just a one time thing. For example, I went tonight. Shelves that ordinarily would be well stocked are empty. I'm wondering if perhaps a new manager has decided that after closing shelf stocking isn't worth employing nighttime employees to stick shelves. Plus, I've seen a decrease in staff in the store. I'm not happy about what is happening in my favorite grocery store. It's been weeks since my review. Someone from Raleys responded and said my review would be passed on to the store. Well, it didn't help. Things have gotten worse. Shelves not stocked is not acceptable. The milk I needed was so far back, I had to climb onto the structure that holds the milk dI could reach fat back to get the milk. How is this happening. Raleys used to be so great. So disappointed. More bad news for Raley's shoppers. I went on Sunday to get my husband's prescription only to find that the pharmacy is no longer open on Sunday. I also found that the hours for the pharmacy have been shortened as well and that they now close at lunch. This is not good customer service.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! A really nice associate helped me and my friend with our transaction. She had an amazing helpful attitude! And even helped us sign up for rewards and gave a student discount! Def a great place to shop while on a college budget!
