I am a very difficult stick. The one employee I ask for each time I go for labs her name is 'Christine or Christina. She works(ed) with cancer patients. She knows and is awesome in drawing blood from "small" veins. I just love and respect her for that! Ask for her! She does not disappoint. Besides that- the place is immaculate clean and sanitized. Everyone are respectful joyful with greetings with a big smile! I have zero negatives about this place. Ohh! And schedule your appointment on line. My waits has only been 5-6 minutes NOT bad!!!8/21/2023

Not good driver advertising Quest Diagnostics.Driving north on Lander toward Turlock, about 5:35 PM, I followed a very unsafe Rogue SV 8PUZ360 with QuestDiagnostics.com, 48075, labels on the back. They were alternating between driving and breaking, driving and breaking. There was swerving from the shoulder into the other lane and back again. It kept happening which was becoming annoying--just be a competent driver. So I wondered if there were issues up ahead... No, there was a huge space between them and the car they were following. But it wasn't safe for me to pass them with their erratic behavior.

This facility, in my opinion, is the best in Turlock. All the phlebotomists are friendly, efficient, and take their time to try to get your blood drawn right the first time. I have very difficult veins so it can be challenging. My family always request Christina. She is AMAZING!! I especially love how personable she is with all ages and she always has a beautiful smile. We truly appreciate Christina and her skills. Her confidence shines through and that's definitely a plus. Thank you, Christina!

Phlebotomist was extremely rude. My id was expired and I had asked her if I can email them the paper from the dmv. She respond "go get it printed girl"I'm not your child. Do not speak to me rudely. I was just asking a simple question so I wouldn't have to make double the tripUpdate ** I went to another quest and the lady just looked at my phone. So this lady was obviously just trying to be complicated and rude for no reason

For those of you that assume it’s under staffed it’s not . It’s following county and government protocol due to COVID-19’s since we are still in pandemic and they are also showing respect to the elderly and for those that have on going health issues as well as for their own safety as well because there are still many people that aren’t vaccinated or boostered on Covid-19’s. So shame on you for insinuating they are bad or understaffed it’s a Lab and all Quest Diagnostics locations require an appointment like all facilities do Daah!

They are fast and efficient as much as the other testing center on Tuolumne Rd. This testing center has a small kiosk that allows you to enter your driver's license and insurance card in the lobby before they attend to your needs. This stream lines the whole process. ?

I am most familiar with the Hawkeye location. You can call to make the appointment & they deal with insurance when you arrive. I had an appointment & I was called within 5 minutes of the time. The girl drawing blood was quite & efficient. One poke & it was the correct spot. In 6 months, I'll be there again.

I usually hate these places because first, I’m a chicken for needles, and second, the staff tends to be a little cold and lack customer service. However on my last visit to have some blood work done I was assisted by Frida. She was so nice, professional, and empathetic which made my visit a better experience than I was expecting. 5 star! The rest of the staff seemed to be nice as well.

This place is very unprofessional. I made an appointment for employment drug test, showed up 15 minutes early and both of the drug testers refused to do my drug test. Also, they were unhelpful to reschedule me for next day. How is this good customer service to refuse testing for a schedule appointment. Not to mention I was early and it was before 2:00 pm. Complete waste of time.

I went to quest for work related labs. Making an online appointment was super easy. You can choose from their multiple locations. You check in online this way you don't have to wait around. I think I waited maybe two minutes if that. I was taken to the back by a very nice gentleman. Pretty cool dude. He was quick with his work.
