The car wash doesn’t get rid of the water spots

I went through the car wash and the driver side was washed And dried with no water. It was still dirty and left scratches in the clear coat of my black car. I couldn’t file a claim because their tablet didn’t work. I left my info and was told I’d be contacted in 72 hours but nothing. I emailed the general manager, Martin Herrera, with pictures and simply requested to detail my car and was completely ignored. Don’t use this location! Geer is much nicer

Scratched and caused a small dent on one of my rims, and minor scratches on the side mirror and doors of my brand-new 2024 car.
Upside to thing is if you're not satisfied with the cleaning of your car you can go through it again without getting charged again

Very convenient having a car wash company with multiple locations in our area. Usually one or two in every town around me. They keep the facilities up to date in terms of R&M. Would highly recommend becoming a monthly member!

Decent carwash place... But from my experience they don't have a pressure washer or pay any special attention to smashed, stuck bugs on the front of your car. I had to go through twice to remove them and even then they weren't completely removed.

I can't tell if these vacuums blow or suck. I get a better clean when I roll my windows down on the freeway.
