This review is for the service team. I had the pleasure of working with Brian and have spoken to a few different people as well. Everyone had the best customer service on the phone and in person. Going above and beyond and eager to help. I live in Modesto and usually go to heritage Ford and recently brought my car there for some issues while under warranty. The service manager at heritage ford was rude and unprofessional and told me there was nothing wrong with the Vehicle. I brought it over to price Ford they quickly found all the issues and fixed the problem WITH NO HASSLE! I will drive all the way to Turlock from now on Then deal with the people at Heritage Ford.

Thank you Enrique at Price Ford for showing us absolutely amazing customer services. I initially did not buy my car from this specific Ford but Enrique who is a mechanic here helped bring my Ford Ecosport which was down for 7 months due to recsll back to life. I was hesitant about Ford corporation but he has now changed my mind and Brian and Enrique made this experience worth the wait. Helping with a rental in the meantime while my car was being repaired was honestly the only thing I asked for and Enrique made that possible. Thank you Enrique and Brian at Prce Ford. For the record 3 other Fords that I reached out to for declined to help. Modesto Ford being one of them and the original Ford I purchased my car from is another. Just remember sometimes it's the employees that make the difference

Bought a 24' Bronco from Price Ford, Matt, Jason, and everyone else I interacted with that day was great. Professionalism and good people, by far the best dealership I've been to yet. Very happy with my purchase and I highly recommend Price Ford in Turlock.

Terrible place. My son bought the extended warranty to fix dents and other covered warranty items. Just got the cat back and they filled the dent in with PAINT!!!!, didn't even try and take the dent out. Another item he was trying to get fixed was the roof rack. Part of it completely came off, that sounds like a factory defect to me. Not covered. Come on Price take care of your customers when they buy a vehicle from you especially when you buy the top of the line vehicle. So sad.

We're thrilled with this dealership. Purchased a Ford Maverick XL with no markup, unlike most dealers in the Bay Area who add a hefty 4-5k market adjustment. They also avoided pushing unwanted add-ons. Paid MSRP and had a pleasant, hassle-free experience. Despite the drive, highly recommend them.

Amazing, extraordinary, & exceptional customer service! Since the very beginning of the purchase process Juan Ceja provided us with honest advice. As a customer, this is something that I truly appreciate as it build trust. Since the first time we stopped at the dealership, he focused on our needs and wants and maintained them in mind until we had a deal!
