On 12/15 I purchased a 2023 Ford F-150 Tremor at Price Ford in Turlock. This dealer had the best selection of trucks with very competitive pricing that made it well worth traveling to give my business to. I want to thank Dylan Johnson, Paul Binford and the rest of the team for making it such a pleasurable car buying experience. They were accommodating, informative and most importantly honest throughout the entire process. They worked with me to not only find the exact truck with the specifications I wanted but then laid out very clearly what I would be looking at finance wise. They are no pressure, no nonsense, stand up guys and I look forward to dealing with them again in the future.

I went there yesterday I talked to Salesman Simon gave information on my car for trade in. Simon came back with his manager Josh who offered 38 or 39 thousand.i had already ran the numbers online trade in was 44500 to 47500. So I checked again last night through another dealership and was offered 44400 for my car. Definitely would not recommend Price Ford to anyone. Watch out for Price Ford.

Possibly my best experience at a ford dealership for service . They attended to me immediately Checked in with me twice to make sure I wasn't thirsty or anything . I got an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation in less than a day prior . They apologized for the wait time but it was less than 2 hours and I got some reading in . I didn't mind it . All the staff were very kind . I will def go back .

I have to say this the best dealer ship I have worked with the salesperson Jessica came in on her day off the best deal in town Dylon the sales manager was also very friendly. If you go to this dealership, make sure you ask for Jessica, she will give you a really great deal. The people are so friendly I will update my revie if anything comes up witch I don't think will. If you go here, you will not be disappointed.

8am appointment and I thought my truck was being worked on. at 9:30am I went to make a call out side and saw my truck just sitting there and has not been touched. The service department knew I was waiting and that is why I set the appointment to replace a part that took almost two months to arrive. Less than 5,000 miles on my brand new ford and it has been sitting at my house for two months waiting on a part. Zero urgency when I asked what's going on and zero timeframe. I have seen half a dozen people in and out while I'm sitting here.

I would like to commend and thank Jeff Luis in the service department at Price Ford. I have been taking my vehicles to them for over 7 years. Jeff is the best! Humble, professional, and focused on quality customer service. I recently purchased a new Explorer. I was looking at the Traverse, Pilot, 4Runner, etc. One of the reasons I stayed with Ford was because of Jeff. That simple. Having a good experience buying a car is important. But honestly that interaction and experience is over in a couple of hours. However, having a great relationship with your Service Department is paramount and holds so much more weight than a salesperson. Anytime I had issues or maintenance work done throughout the years at Price Ford, I knew I could trust Jeff's knowledge and honest feedback. Ford owes my sale to Jeff, because without his relationship, I'd have no real tie or connection to the brand. LS

Paul was fantastic during the whole sales process. Being a Bronco the process was over a year. I was kept in the loop on opportunities to make change. I was given options on ways to get my vehicle sooner. When the vehicle did arrive the price protection was not even a question. Great experience with Paul and Joel Calderon. Will definitely be back again.

The gentleman that told me they couldn't change my oil was courteous... I'll give you that (one star is for him). I went there on Christmas Eve... they offered that date as an option two weeks prior for an oil change AND a check engine light diagnostic. At that time they also KNEW I had a Mazda. I had a bad taste in my mouth from dealing with Razzari in Merced, thought this place might be better. Got there ahead of my 730a appt but waited until that time to walk into the office. Gentleman takes my info. I communicate I was also there for a diagnostic but that the engine light had since disappeared. A passer by (also employee) asked how long it had been, I said a couple days. He said they wouldn't be able to help because it overwrites... fine. Then they advise me they cannot service vehicles that are NOT Ford because the provider/shop they use was closed today... I clarified that was true for my oil change and they said yes. Listen, I know I am a woman, but an oil change has never required more than oil and perhaps machinery that can rotate tires. If they didn't want to have me there on Christmas Eve I would have welcomed a call the day before to cancel it! Spent about 1 hour of drive time (to there and back home) in dense fog. I have been looking at vehicle upgrade options and dealers nearby.. this has been ruled out. Unfortunate.

This place overall sucks and salesmen are super unprofessional especially with their lack of communication skills. Drove over an hour and a half after speaking to a salesman the night before over the phone. While on the phone the guy we spoke to was very nice but wasn't very much help as he told us he would not be there early for personal reasons but would get someone else to help us out. We get there before our appointment to find out another deal was being worked out which is understanding however the car had been reserved for us as written on a paper that was placed in the car. The salesman then proceeded to say he called us while on our way there which was untrue. We then were sat down and were told the deal that was being worked out was already made a week prior . It was just super frustrating that our time and gas which they failed to compensate us for went to waste. But now I know for next time Imao. For everyone thinking of coming to purchase a vehicle here, think again. Not even my purchase with Capital City Honda in Sac. was this complicated and it was worth the drive and i got an amazing deal! I was in and out within 3 hours! Definitely recommend :) !

The vehicle I purchased was defective and the service center was very rude and condescending when working with me to getting it fixed, not only this dealership but another one too, their service coordinators lack of communication skills and professionalism, Mo the rep threatened me that if I didn't apologize for expressing my frustration he wouldn't help me, he assured me he'd have a loaner for me by Saturday when I had scheduled my car for diagnosing service however when I arrived he said I'd have to leave the car and come back in Monday, then I complained and finally left, Mo as saw I was calling the manufacturer came back in a few minutes waving some keys at me, I was on the phone reporting the issues to the manufacturer ( they called to make sure they had a loaner for me to take) I took the loaner and am hour later they call me back DEMANDING. I bring in the loaner as it needs to be serviced . I called the manufacturer 3 times Ns twice got directed to the wrong number, in general I would not recommend buying it servicing your car at any Ford or even buy a Ford vehicle they are not reliable my car only has 38,000 and has stopped in the middle of the greenway twice.

Today I took my 22 car in for a simple routine oil change, and it took 3 hours to get my oils change done, who has 3 hours to wait to get their oil change done. Don't get my wrong the service staff is nice and friendly but 3 hours for a simple oil change. If that was the case I would of took my car else where.

The diesel mechanics are awesome! I pulled in with Truck troubles and a loaded horse trailer at 4pm - was back on the road in a couple hours! Vince went above and beyond to make sure my Truck was running smooth. Really appreciate everyone's hard work there! Razzari couldn't get me in, I'm glad I stopped at Price instead.
