She even gave me some options if what I bought didn’t work. Also, helped me with some other concerns for a kitten I’m fostering—best costumer service I’ve had in a long while!

“I have nothing but great experiences every time I go to petco! I am always greeted, always offered help, and everyone is very friendly. I have been using petco grooming for almost 3 years now and it has never been anything but pleasant. Sam is my go-to. She is absolutely amazing and she is thorough with my dog, plus I see that she treats my fur baby the way I treat her and I feel comfortable and confident when I leave. There is great communication from the store reminding me about my appointments and when my dog is ready to be picked up I get a personal call. Recently my go-to groomer (Sam) was out when I wanted my dog groomed and I went with another groomer, Ray. He was very friendly, and very professional. I knew right away I could trust him with my dog just the way I trust Sam. He did a great job! I am so thankful to petco and their grooming team for taking care of my baby girl!!”
“I gave them a 5* review based on my experiences with their products, customer service and the store/stores design and cleanliness.
My issues are with corporate support of DEI ideals. They have no place in the marketplace or workplace. I would hate for them to get the Bud Lite treatment.
My hope is that they stay focused on their products, stores and employees.”
“Thank you, Faith, at Lisa's. My dog, an older jack russell, is too old and too strong for me to trim his nails. They had become painfully long when I rescued him so I brought him in for their nail trimming service. I barely sat down with my book when she came out with him. She had worked her magic so quickly and efficiently that he came strutting out all proud of himself. And with no stress for either of us...truly magic.”
“I went to Petco in Turlock, to get some dog food for my Dog Pepsi. I just lost my dog Tucker this weekend, and Pepsi didn't want to eat. It's been days, so I wanted to buy something he couldn't resist. I spoke with Sara, and she mentioned a couple of different foods and then guided me to them. I bought the instinct Rawboost Kibble and Raw beef, and then I picked up an ice cream. I just got home, and Pepsi is eating the kibble. He's a picky eater anyway, and losing his sidekick made everything worse. I would like to thank Sara for the advice and great customer service.”
