“Love Paul's Paint Company! I just bought a house in Merced (30 mins south of Turlock) and planned on giving it a paint refresh. Unfortunately, with pandemic times, there's a shortage of almost everything including paint. As a result, I could not get paint samples from many of my local paint stores (including Lowes!) in Merced. Thankfully, Paul's Paint Company had samples and I did end up selecting a color provided by them.I had two get two orders of paints, because I did not buy enough. Each time I requested a quote via phone and obtained one shortly afterwards. I was able to get my orders filled same day, even though they were very busy (they will give you a heads up if they're busy and call you if they were able to get to your order sooner). Because of the paint shortage, they have had to substitute some of my order but still charged me my original quoted price (despite the substitutes being higher quality).Craig, Kristen, Caitlyn, and one other young man (who I did not get the name of) are all awesome! They're wonderfully personable and provide great customer service.”

“I've been to this store recently to pick out colors for my house. The new assistant manager by the name of Jose was of no help. He didnt know anything and felt as if he didnt want to even help me pick out some colors. He also had a very unpleasant smell to him which I found very unprofessional coming from an assitant manager. I was later helped by another employer who took care of me and helped me a lot. Do not recommend Jose !!”

“We went last Sunday to get some paint for touch up of our family room (painted years ago). The gentleman that assisted us was wonderful. Great customer service. He was able to match the color we needed even though this store didn’t carry it locally. Thank you so much.”
