Unfortunately, my experience with this company was extremely negative. I ordered parts for my car, but received the wrong parts that did not fit my car. I also found damage on one of the parts. The customer service also leaves much to be desired. Long delays in responding to inquiries and insufficient assistance in solving problems. I do not recommend this company for purchasing auto parts.
An employee named Ray was very unprofessional in his behavior and made several incredibly inappropriate remarks about women.

Ray was just amazing man, very willing to help and quickly jumped to help change my battery and help solve any issues regarding my warranty. Come this way if you need help with any of your car and battery needs.

Always have what I need and are very helpful. If they don't have it in stock they do their best to get it that day. Great customer service.

My car battery died yesterday and my husband called OReillys on Monte Vista in Turlock, CA. He talked to the manager Ray and let him know that his pregnant wife isn't able to jump start her car to make it over for a new battery. Ray quickly offered that they could send someone over to my house, jump start the car, and when I drove it over they would help replace the battery with a new one. Fortunately, I was able to have help jump start it myself and when I did get there, Ray immediately stepped in and took care of everything for me! He even helped me out in the store with a customer who was making me feel a little uncomfortable, asking strange questions about my pregnancy, and Ray quickly asked the customer questions back to steer the conversation away from me and to him. He knew the situation was strange and caught on very quickly and stepped in. All around great service from the whole staff and even my husband who spoke on the phone was impressed with how helpful they were. The only place I'm going to from now on when it comes to my car. Thanks again!

This is one of worst orielleys I have yet to buy from...10 people working. 1 at counter . Other slamming boxes down upset that they have to put inventory away I bet, and others in back chatting it up... drove to other side of town to Autozone

I have always used Oreilly for any automotive needs for years. But Oreilly in Turlock, Ca has made me choose to spend my money elsewhere. The fact you wouldn’t allow a customer to use the restroom is rediculous. And I would have choose 0 stars but they force you to hit one. Hello Advance

O Reilly staff are very customer oriented and are helpful when you’re looking for something in particular. They are situated near eateries so this would be an ideal place to grab your parts and some lunch.

I just purchased a cabin and engine filter. The person working there refused to pop the engine filter in as they did last time. Weird because they did it last time, and it was super quick. Anyways I will buy on Amazon next time. As you did not have the customer service skills that you preformed previous.
