I drive all the way from Modesto for their typically great service, atmosphere, and products. Today - based on my experience- I will not be back.I buy max amounts of 1 gr carts at a time. I dont want to drive here weekly. The person using them notices the Stiiizy carts were leaking into the air portion of the carts. I called here and spoke to someone named Nick. He told me to bring the carts in and they would change them out. I asked him if he was going to take “the hit” financially - he said no. Stiizy would replace them for him. I explained I had purchased alot and knew it was more than 7 days. He said I was a good customer and to bring them back. He would handle it.Today I went in. A mgr Moises told me past 7 days contact Stiizy. He was told by a budtender that this is a known issue — nope no help. I have spent over alot of money here — 1500 loyalty points — not even a sincere apology or credit for ANYTHING. I wasnt asking for cash back.Thus is a classic example of how one occurrence can ruin a business. The cannabis biz is competitive. Good service and appropriately bending the rules is what makes loyal customer stay loyal.I will NOT come back. I literally would spend more to get great service. NOT HERE.

Hey guys! I love your place, but you need more vapes that are combo CBD/THC for folks who use cannabis products for medicine. Way to go on your gummy selection but you need more CBD/THC medicinal vapes for sick folks.

Thank you Jessera for taking time to help me pick out an edible to go along with my solventless vape cart. She was patient and worked with my budget. I really appreciate her honest feedback on my questions. NHC is a beautiful space with a great variety of products from SOOOOOOO many great vendors. It was really hard to choose. I am already looking forward to coming back.

I would give 0 stars if I could. You guys shouldn't really call yourself "Natural Healing Center" anymore since you like to deny patients inside your dispensary. I never had any problems going into the dispensary until today when I was denied access because I didn't have my recommendation paper on hand. I am really confused because just two days ago on March 6th I was allowed in without my recommendation, but all of the sudden today March 8th I'm denied? Sorry, but I don't carry my recommendation paper with me 24/7 because YOU should have it on file since I updated it TWICE already with you guys. I never have a problem checking in at other dispensaries like Firehouse or Bluefire because they keep mine on file and the workers/managers know what they're doing. There is no need for me to be questioned about my recommendation that should already be on file in your system. No wonder this place is going out of business.
