“Brought my phone in to see what it would cost to replace the glass that covers the camera. Was told by a competitor shop it was going to be over $130 and take 5 days to get the parts needed. Walked in and talked with Charles and he informed me that he could replace the glass without replacing the whole back and he would have it done in about 1 hr. For a fraction of the cost. He was meticulous about getting it done and wanted to make sure that I was happy with the work before charging me I highly recommend”

“After struggling for hours with customer service. I finally just went to the store to get help from someone. A very kind young man name Cameron helped me get my internet set up. Very knowledgeable and he went above and beyond to get me qualified for a free program, and make sure my bill was right. Can't thank him enough! At&t needs more employees like this young man! “The only boost mobile store around town now, (although if needs be you can pay your bills at other phone joints here and there, which was the case once when computer was down, and to address which, I was routed to another place quite quickly by the staff... That was extremely helpful, especially when you need bill paid asap... This showed me that the staff were willing to help me, a customer, in finding a way to help me out even when they themselves couldn't due to circumstances out of their control.. ). Knowledgable and friendly staff with relatively quick service. In other words it's just another hole in the wall bill payment location along with phones that can be bought just like all other phone places.BUTThe truth is that I REALLY haven't had any concerns with these people so far at all. They're super helpful. There's not much of a wait, if there is one at all. Pretty much all you'd expect in a good phone store... No problems so far and I've been going here for over a year steady, and even before that, occasionally, when the other (now non existent) store was closed on Sundays, and pretty much ever since then I've not run into a single snag with this establishment.They're bilingual as well.?”

“Excellent customer service. I had been trying to return a internet device through Verizon recommended online custom service for three weeks. They understood the issue and within 15 minutes had a return label printed and directed me to fess for shipment. They did in less than 30 minutes what I had spent hours online and days waiting to receive the return box.”
“I was just at the Spectrum store in Turlock. I had to request help about a business mobile acct to which my number is tied. The owner of business died and as one can assume it has been chaos since the owner handled all money decisions. Due to his illness, the company had gone bankrupt. The “company” consisted of only two individuals - the owner and a friend of 50 years.
Spectrum employee, Lily, went above and beyond in providing me information about what could be done to keep a business number that has been tied to me for over 8 years. Thank you Lily. Your kindness, understanding, and now going to bat for me is so appreciated.
Lily is a “stand-out” customer service rep! I have no doubt that any organization which is lucky enough to have her in their ranks is blessed.

Thinking of buying a new phone, expensive, transferring every thing over, tedious, not how I wanted to have my lunch break to go, but here we are. I came in and was greeted by PETER, he asked me what the issue was, asked me the primary use for the phone and the presented me with great and affordable options.
