Girl kept messing up and calling someone to help her with flip phone. She did get it done though. I will right a better review if it changes

Second time I've been helped by the same women but couldn't get her name but same as last time she so rude and unprofessional I wasn't planning on coming back to this location but unfortunately this was the only location with the device I wanted ..and just as last time she had an attitude helping us

Charging $25 dollars for a SIM card change which is something you can do AT HOME is ludicrous already ontop of T-Mobile’s ludicrous recent price increases. This is a boycott. Fix your prices.
