Bought a brand new washer and dryer 1 week ago Saturday the 29th.today the 6 my mom did 2 loads in the washer since I bought them for her. She said after the 2 load the bottom fell out and it stopped working lowes rufused to do anything after only a week. The deffiantly do not back what they sell. Terrible company will never purchase anything from Lowes again.Already called, and they refused to do anything. That's why I put this review.

Horrible Customer Service and Delivery. They keep pushing back delivery date. We paid for 2 large appliances with delivery. They pushed back another 2 weeks with no explanation without calling or notifying us. This is the second time they have done this. We won't be shopping at Lowe's in the future.

Terrible customer service, been there in 3 occasions and great customer service is not implemented. Employees never offered any assistance and pretend they don't see customers. Some employees were sitting there doing nothing and customers have to struggle carrying heavy stuff and finding what you're looking for without help whatever.

Purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator from here turned out to be a lemon. First the compressor went out then three weeks later the ice maker went out. I called the store manager and they were very unhelpful told me there’s nothing they can do about it. I will never buy anything from here again. Take your money to Home Depot their customer service is way better and caring.

One star for rude chick working at the self check out registers 3/19/24 at 9:15-ish p.m.
We got to the checkstand with 28 items totaling $659. They apparently don’t keep bags at the registers like most stores. This employee was standing there staring at her cell phone. When my husband asked if there are bags, she looked at him like he was a nuisance and said, “we have paper bags.” He asked for 2-3 bags (as we had 28 freaking items). She didn’t even answer him, just walked away and came back and handed him two paper bags and walked away. Rude as hell. It’s also ridiculous that when you’re spending money like this, you have to even ask for bags. I’m not complaining about the 10 cents each. I’m complaining about the fact that they’re not even available without asking some disgruntled employee who clearly doesn’t want to be there.
