This is a very appealing Joann's visually, they have really nice new shopping carts with a cup holder, and everything is well stocked. I've been too many different Joann's locations and this by far the best store layout. The reason I give it two stars is the customer service is a bit rude. I felt rushed at the cashier ( the one who was sitting on a chair ) and wasn't give any time to talk or ask questions. If it wasn't for that, then I'd go back to this location.

Usually it's a pretty good experience. Tonight however I stood at the cash register with a cart full of items and after 5 minutes of no one being there to check me out it was clear they weren't interested in selling anything.

This store was nice when it opened, but now it’s a mess! I drove out of my way for a Kente print. Online showed 13 yards, but no one could find it when I got to the store. “Well, it might be over here, or over here . . . So sorry . . .”Hobby Lobby is SO SO much cleaner!

This is my favorite Jo-Ann's it's a little further from my house than any of the others but service wise I believe it is well staffed
