Made an appointment to have help filing taxes. Come in, they are helping another customer, no problem! Half an hour goes by and the guy helping the last customer comes out and says he isn't qualified to help us and can't !! Waited half an hour with my 4 year old just for them to tell us they can't see us. Very unprofessional and disappointing

I have used Jackson Hewit in the passed and HR Block in a different city I previously resided. Both did the job..I will use HRBlock for sure next year because I just really loved the energy and overall attention my professional ( Neneveh Abady) gave me this year. She is great! SHE deserves a raise and a promotion!
