Brand new clean store with friendly staff. They were having a big clearance sale on home decor & a sale on Fall and Thanksgiving items. They had a lot of pumpkin decorations. But, they were already putting out Christmas, which seems a bit early.

Hobby Lobby is fun to get lost in. There is so much to look at, especially if your talents are vast in the creative department. You can get inexpensive items, especially if you look in the discounted sections. My biggest frustration is when they decide to carry some name brand things, but not others. I understand that it helps the customer save money, but sometimes it's just cheap.

I was followed around, like if I was stealing. Very annoying, I just got off of work I'm in my nursing scrubs like be for real... its very uncomfortable. I used to work in retail when I was a teenager so I understand protocol when it comes to theft but all my belongings where in the basket visibly in sight... I just wanted to browse around after a long 12 hour shift. ADVICE FOR MANAGEMENT stop profiling people , if your going to get your employees to gang up and follow your shoppers to make them uncomfortable then get professional security that knows what to look for in common shoplifters... instead of having your employees looking goofy and making actual costumers uncomfortable. There a lot of reviews of costumers stating the same expirence... get it together or shut down because you're losing costumers doing this!

Good guest service and was introduced to a wonderful selection of items. I was purely looking for something for my girlfriend and I found myself wandering indecisively on what I may want or need. Two of the employees were genuinely kind and nice, informative on items I was specifically on the look out for purchasing. I put two stars because at the end when I was getting my stuff checked out, a woman who I assumed to be the manager would ask me if I had put something in my bag, wrongfully and falsely accusing me for stealing. What urged that decision? The way I looked? What I wore? There was no need for that confrontation when I was quite literally in front of the cashier. I personally work retail myself and I KNOW how bad it is, but if you are looking at every person and assume they're there to steal, well, that's not very productive or professional. They have cameras for a reason, maybe hire an Assets Protection team and get more cameras if it truly is a big deal. Two stars for the two employees who were genuinely kind, and lost the three from that insignificant and stupid interaction. I may come again for business, but there best be an improvement.

I had a wonderful experience, everything is clean and as a retail worker I enjoy a nice and quiet shopping environment. The employees are kind and were very helpful in helping me with what I need.My biggest nitpick though is being accused of stealing and putting it in the handbag I use to carry my Scooter Helmet. You oughta think I'm stupid if you believe I will be stealing from here and also going in line to pay for nearly 30+ dollars of small items. Please do better than discriminating against one of your friendly shoppers.EDIT: Seeing that other shoppers ALSO had this issue, I will now put down two stars, these two stars are for the two employees that were extremely kind.
