I enjoy shopping at Harbor Freight. Majority of their employees are cool and seem happy to be there except for this one employee. This review is for the employee lady with dark hair and the purple streak. If you're having a bad day, don't treat your customers bad. We had nothing to do with it. I was looking for a cutter and this lady told me aisle 10. Well i couldn't find it and she happened to be walking by. I asked her if she was sure it was aisle 10. I'm a happy go lucky guy. Not like I was rude. With an attitude she said it's the white and orange package. I was thinking this cutter would be in a box. Nope, it's in a plastic package. I didn't see it and it was right in front of me. She walked up pointed to the cutter and with a pissed off look, turned around and walked away. Almost as if I was bothering her. No departing gestures just an attitude. I'm sorry I didn't see it. I'm really sorry you had to help a customer. I'm sorry you had to work. Even the other employees noticed how bothered and mad I was with this interaction.

Tools with a life time warranty and 1/4 the cost of name brand. Car stands , car jacks , 3 in 1 sheer brake roller tool has been the best price found and now that I used it good quality even if it's called cheap

The Turlock store is well stocked, clean, and organized. The staff are friendly, very helpful, and knowledgeable. If a clerk doesn't know the answer they know who to ask. If something is out of stock they know when it will be available.

Been to Harbor Freight many of times. First time though in the one in Turlock. NEVER again. The guy that helped me was a complete duche. Rude and very condescending. He should be nowhere near the public. The gentleman at the register on my way out was super nice. Needless to say I bought NOTHING in that store, and decided to order on Amazon instead

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The staff does their best to answer questions or offer other solutions. You can tell they enjoy their job and it shows with the atmosphere which transcends from the top

Budget tools for the DIYer in all of us. Paranoid staff follow you around to prevent theft...but don't realize that not everyone shoplifts, and while you are tailing one person their buddy is walking out the front with large items...worth far more than item you could put in your pocket.

Grown up Toy Store!! You either love Harbor Freight or haven't been yet! They have aost anything you could want for a very affordable price and they have great return and warranty policies.
